Regulatory definition of accredited investor
According to the Securities and Futures Act, accredited investors must have at the time of investment:

(1) Total net personal assets exceeding S$2 million (or its equivalent in foreign currencies) or;
(2) Income in the preceding 12 months is not less than S$300,000 (or its equivalent in foreign currencies)
