What
is E-Statement and what are its advantages? |
|
It
is an electronic version of your monthly statement. So, instead
of receiving paper
statements, you receive it through email. The
advantages includes receiving your account
statement much faster and also will have the
ability to view, print and/or save your E-Statement
into your personal computer.

How
do I opt in for E-Statement?
|
|
To opt in for E-Statement,
all you need to do is to log in to your POEMS account
through
www.poems.com.sg.
Go to STOCKS -> ACCT MGMT -> Update Particulars. Please
enter your
email address and password so that all future
monthly statement will be sent to this email address.

long will it take to set up my E-Statement? |
It
will take one day to set up your E-Statement facility.
|

Do
I need a password to view my E-Statement?
|
|
Yes.
|
|

5) Will
I
still receive paper statements if I sign up for E-Statement? |
|
No, you will not be receiving any paper
statement after signing up. Once you have opted in for
this
service, all your trading account statements
will be sent to you through your email address.

6) Can
I access E-Statement for all of my trading accounts?
|
Yes.
|

7) Can
I choose to receive E-Statement for some of my trading accounts
and paper statement for other accounts?
|
No.
Once you have opted in for E-Statement, all your trading accounts'
statements will be sent to
you via the email address given.

8) Is
there any charges incur for opting in of E-Statement? |
No, this is
a free service to you.

9) How
do I opt out of E-Statement
and go back to paper statement?
|
|
To opt out,
please log in to your POEMS account, click STOCKS -> ACCT
MGMT ->
Update Particulars. Download the PDF form,
print out, sign and mail / fax it back to us.

10) How
do I change my E-Statement password?
|
|
To change
the password, simply log in to your POEMS account, click STOCKS
-> ACCT MGMT
-> Update Particulars -> Change
password under e-statement.

my email address for receiving of E-Statement? |
To
change /
update your E-Statement
email address, simply log in to your POEMS
account, click STOCKS -> ACCT MGMT ->
Update Particulars.

do I request for new password if I have forgotten my existing
password? |
To
request for new password, please log in to your POEMS account,
click STOCKS ->
ACCT MGMT -> Update Particulars ->
Change password under e-statement.

13) How
long will it take for the opt out to take effect? |
|
Upon
receiving of your Opt Out E-Statement Form, it will take
approximately 1 week to
process your request.
|

|

14) Can
I still retrieve my previous E-Statement from my email after I
have changed the password?
|
You
can still retrieve your previous E-Statement if you remember
your old password. However, you
may wish to save the document into your local
hard disk so that you do not have to remember the
old password in order to open the previous
E-Statement after it has been changed.
