Clear Temporary Internet Files and
Cookies |

Click on "Tools", then
"Internet Options".
- Go to the "General" tab.
- Click on "Delete Files" as shown below.

- You will be prompted with the
following message.

|
- Tick the box "Delete all
offline content" and click on "OK" to
begin deleting your "Temporary Internet Files".
|
| For
Microsoft Internet Explorer version 6.0, you have to do the following as
well: |
- Under "General",
click on "Delete Cookies".
- Click "OK" in the
prompt message to begin deleting the cookies.

|
After you have cleared the Temporary
Internet files and Cookies, close all the Internet Explorer and open a
new Internet Explorer.
