When on the error page, Press the "Print Scrn" Button found on your keyboard. The picture below shows the common location of the "PrintScrn" button on your keyboard. Go to "Start", "Programs", open "Microsoft Word". When in "Microsoft Word", click on "Edit" and "Paste". The exact error page should appear in your "Microsoft Word" document now.
