- Unable to login using Internet Explorer 7

To access POEMS using Internet Explorer 7, you will have to check the following :
STEP 1: Check and Enable Security Setting
  1. Open Internet Explorer
  2. Click on "Tools".
  3. Click on "Internet Options".
  4. Click on "Security".

 



 
  1. Click on "Internet" as shown above.
  2. Click on the "Custom Level" button.
  3. Scroll down and locate "Navigate sub-frames across different domains ".
  4. Set it to "Enable".
  5. Click on the "OK" button.
