- Display "Loading Data, Please Wait..." for a long time

To access liveprices or charts, you will have to ensure that all forms of Java is enabled and the CSK slingshot program is downloaded from our site. Whenever you access liveprices, the CSK pop-up box will automatically be displayed for download.

If it doesn't automatically download /display, you will have to check the following :
STEP 1: Check and Enable Java
  1. Open Internet Explorer
  2. Click on "Tools".
  3. Click on "Internet Options".
  4. Click on "Security".

 



 
  1. Click on "Internet" as shown above.
  2. If it is showing "Custom" as above, click on the "Default Level" button. Or, you can move the slider to set "Medium".
  3. Click on the "Advanced" tab.
  4. Scroll down to find either Java(Sun) or Microsoft VM/Java VM.
    If you have none of them, click here to download.

    To activate Java(Sun), go to Part A.

    To activate Microsoft VM/Java VM, go to Part B.

 
Part A:   Activate Java(Sun)



 
  • Scroll down, look for "Java(Sun)"
  • Tick the 1 box under the Java(Sun) - "Use Java 2 v1.4.2_xx for <applet>".
  • If you have Microsoft VM/Java VM, you have to untick all the 3 boxes under it.
Part B:   Activate Microsoft VM/Java VM



 
  • Scroll down, look for "Microsoft VM " or "Java VM"
  • As shown above, place 3 ticks in the boxes: "Java Console", "Java Logging", "JIT Compiler" and remove the tick in "Java (Sun)".

 
  1. Click on "Apply" button to save the changes.
  2. End of STEP 1.

>>STEP 2: Delete the CSK Certificate
