Symptoms:
Once a right mouse
button is clicked on a counter, an alert box is displayed as shown in
the image below:
Solutions:
You are on the wrong
page. To access the right-click functions, please do the following:
1.
Go to live prices page at either LP1 or LP2.
2.
After live prices are loaded, do a right mouse click on a
selected counter.
3.
You should see the right-click functions as below:
4.
To proceed, select on one of the choices.
b. No response after selection
Symptoms:
After selection, there
is no response of any new window opened with the chosen function:
Solutions:
You have popup blocker
software installed. To disable it, check on the type of Toolbar software
you are using as below:
Microsoft Windows XP with
Service Pack 2

Internet Explorer. |

As shown above, click on
Tools > Pop-up Blocker > Always Allow Pop-ups from This
Site. |

You will be prompted to
allow pop-ups from “*.poems.com.sg”. |
