- No Pop Up when accessing LP1 and LP2. Live price shows "Loading Data Please wait..."

Please follow the steps below.
  1. Click on START > CONTROL PANEL > double click on JAVA > go to GENERAL Tab > TEMPORARY INTERNET FILES > SETTINGS > DELETE FILES > OK
  2. In JAVA popup window > go to SECURITY Tab > click on Certificates button > choose IFIS Asia Pte Ltd > Remove > Close.



   
 
 



   
 
If you still encounter the same problem, kindly uninstall and reinstall Java on your computer.
  1. For Window XP, please load Control Panel - Add or Remove Program
  2. Remove all Java installed, after that please installed Java Runtime Environment Version 5.0 Update 10 (Windows XP/2000/Professional)
  3. Restart PC and try to Login again.
