Solution: Press the "Stop" button found on your browser Click on "Live Price" again to let the browser reload the page Do not click on anything else meanwhile and wait 4-5mins If the live prices still do not load up within 4 - 5 mins, you will have to check on the ISP (internet service provider - Singnet, Pacific, SCV etc) that you are using and contact our technical officers at 65311-599  or email poems_techsupp@phillip.com.sg for further assistance. Take note that for users behind the Company Firewall, ie. accessing POEMS liveprices through their company connection, live prices are usually disabled by the individual company firewall. You may wish to contact your company's system administrator regarding this. TOP
