1. Client Service Executive
Responsibilities
- Servicing
call-in clients through POEMS Hotline on stocks/shares account matters.
-
Perform product sales referral through in-bound calls.
- Taking
charge of and implementing projects on improving workflow process and
customer service experience.
- To service walk-in clients whenever necessary.
Pre-Requisites
- Minimum Degree
Holder. Finance/banking academic qualifications will be preferred.
- Some
experience in the finance/banking industry preferred. Call centre
executives from banking industry are welcomed.
- Excellent
interpersonal/communication skills.
- Patient,
creative and a multi-tasker.
- Strong in both
English and Mandarin.

2. Technical Support Executive
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to clients using the online stock trading system
- Handle first-level support via phone and email
- Propose system enhancements
- Perform system testings
- Perform administrative duties
- Ad-hoc maintenance of homepage and websites
- Ad-hoc designing of advertising banners and write-ups
Pre-Requisites
- Minimum Diploma in IT with relevant 2 years experience
- Preferably with customer service experience in a financial industry
- An eye for details and possesses excellent desktop PC troubleshooting skills
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in HTML, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft FrontPage and Macromedia Dreamweaver will be an added advantage
- Bilingual
in English and Mandarin

3. Phillip Investment Consultant
Responsibilities
- You will be part of a dedicated sales process team
tasked to evaluate and qualify existing leads to cross-sell various
financial products through outbound calls and sales enquiries from
customers face-to-face.

Servicing of walk-in clients.
Pre-Requisites
- Degree holder, preferably in Business / Commerce.
- 1-3 years of sales
experience in the Insurance/Banking industry.
Must possess financial
certification such as M5, M6 & M8 or M9 & HI.
Resulted-oriented, highly
driven and a team player.
Bilingual with strong interpersonal and communication
skills.
Good problem solving and decision making skills,
meticulous, patient, good planning and organizational skills.
Knowledge of the rules and regulations governing the
financial advisory/Insurance/fund management industry.
