E-Statement
E-Statement is the latest service brought to you by
Phillip Securities to bring convenience to you by sending monthly statement
electronically via email.

How do I opt in for E-Statement?
1. If you
are an existing Phillip client with POEMS access:
Steps:
1.
Log in to your
POEMS account via www.poems.com.sg.
2.
Once log in, you
will be prompted a pop up screen for opt in of E-Statement. Fill up the
necessary details, including your preferred email address so that the
E-Statement can be sent to you at the end of the month via this email.
3.
Click “Yes”
button to complete the registration.
2. If you
are an existing Phillip client without POEMS access:
Steps:
1.
You would need
to apply for the POEMS access by submitting the POEMS application form (for
existing clients).
2.
To download the
form, please go to www.poems.com.sg.
Click Help Centre > Online Forms and select hyperlink for item no.3 Existing
Phillip
Securities Client Application Form.
3.
Kindly print out
the form, fill up the necessary details and mail the original form to us.
4.
Upon receiving
your form, password will be generated and mail it to you.
5.
Log in to your
POEMS account via www.poems.com.sg.
6.
Once log in, you
will be prompted a pop up screen for opt in of E-Statement. Fill up the necessary
details, including your preferred email address so that the E-Statement can be
sent to you at the end of the month via this email.
7.
Click “Yes”
button to complete the registration.
Note: You will receive email confirmation when we start sending electronic
statements and/or contract notes to you.
