Terms and Conditions for Unit Trusts:
  • This promotion is valid from 05 January 2023 to 28 February 2023 (both dates inclusive). To be eligible for this promotion, orders must be completed by 3:00 pm on 28 February 2023 (Tuesday).
  • Customers need to invest S$8,888 and above in one subscription for selected Unit Trusts during the campaign period and hold it for more than three months.
  • Investments must be made into the Phillip Singapore Real Estate Income Fund, the Global Opportunities Fund and/or the Phillip Global Quality Fund to be eligible for this promotion. “Investment Amount” is based on new cash purchases, and/or cash switch-in from non-Phillip Capital Management funds.
  • Switching from other Phillip Capital Management funds and transfer-in of unit trust funds will not be eligible.
  • Existing Phillip Capital Management Unit Trust holdings and Unit Trust holdings in Regular Savings Plans maintained with Phillip Securities Pte Ltd (“PSPL”) will not be considered eligible for the promotion.
  • Unit Trust holdings in Regular Savings Plans maintained with Phillip Securities Pte Ltd (“PSPL”) will not be considered eligible for the promotion.
  • Each Account holder is eligible for one reward per product category only. If a customer has more than one Qualifying Single Account, the Qualifying Single Account with the highest Investment Amount will be considered for the promotion. Multiple Accounts cannot be combined to be eligible for this promotion.
  • Eligible Customers will receive an email for collection by 12 June 2023. All rewards are to be self-collected at Raffles City Tower (250 North Bridge Road, #06-00 Raffles Tower, S179101) with the collection email.
  • For overseas investors, cash credit equivalent to one can of abalone worth S$45.80 will be credited by 12 June 2023 into the Customers’ POEMS Account after the promotion has ended.
  • The promotion is applicable to BUY trades only.
  • Prevailing sales charges apply, if applicable.
  • Only investments via PSPL’s Financial Adviser Representatives or trades done online through POEMS are eligible for this promotion.
  • Customers will get a total of three cans of abalone if they invest in both UTs and ETFs, and meet the respective terms and conditions.
  • In the event of a dispute over the customer’s eligibility to participate in this promotion, PSPL’s decision will be final.
  • The following Customers are NOT eligible for this promotion:
    a. PSPL Institutional and Corporate Customers.
    b. All employees of PSPL / Phillip NOVA Pte Ltd and its associated entities (e.g. Trading Representatives, Financial Adviser Representatives); PSPL and all its subsidiaries (direct or indirect); and their immediate families (e.g. spouse and children).
  • Notwithstanding anything herein contained, PSPL reserves the right at any time in its absolute discretion to
    (i) amend, add and / or delete these Terms and Conditions without prior notification (including eligibility; replacement of the prize; promotional mechanics, promotion duration without prior notification, qualifying terms and criteria), and all participants shall be bound by such amendments, additions and / or deletions when effected, or

Terms and Conditions for ETFs:
  • Customers need to invest S$8,888 and above in one trade and hold it for a minimum period of 30 calendar days.
  • The promotion is valid from 05 January 2023 to 28 February 2023 (Both dates inclusive).
  • This promotion is only applicable for online trades through PSPL for the 3 selected ETFs listed below
    i) Phillip Sing Income ETF
    ii) Phillip SGX APAC Dividend Leaders REIT ETF (USD)
    iii) Phillip SGX APAC Dividend Leaders REIT ETF (SGD)
  • Only cash trades are eligible for the abalone promotion.
  • Eligible Customers will receive an email for collection by 14 April 2023. All rewards are to be self-collected at Raffles City Tower (250 North Bridge Road, #06-00 Raffles Tower, S179101) with the collection email.
  • PSPL reserves the right to determine which Customers are entitled to the aforementioned promotion.The following Customers are NOT eligible for this promotion:

  • Notwithstanding anything herein contained, PSPL reserves the right at any time in its absolute discretion to
