Once the Annual Fee has been billed to you, please complete the necessary payment.

American Express will send a Redemption email 8 – 10 weeks post American Express’ verification of Annual Fee payment through email. Please forward the Redemption email to hello@phillip.com.sg for verification purposes.

Do note that you would have to pay for the annual fee first (SGD 1,712 inclusive of GST) and Phillip Securities Pte Ltd (PSPL) will rebate SGD 1,600 (exclusive of GST) to your POEMS Account once the criteria are met.
Existing The Platinum Card® holders who would like to enjoy this promotion from PSPL will need to will need to purchase a total transaction value of SGD 1.5 million in wholesale bonds or 6 transactions in multiples of SGD 250,000 in nominal value of the traded wholesale bond through a single POEMS Account within the promotion period. To qualify, you have to be a POEMS Account Holder. If you are not a POEMS Account Holder, you can sign up at https://www.poems.com.sg/open-an-account/
If you are new to PSPL, once you open a POEMS Account and apply for and receive approval for any of the American Express Cards, you will be entitled to the POEMS Welcome Gifts (see table above).
Next, please submit the interest form here to apply for the card(s).
Lastly, you will be able to apply for your desired card(s) through the specific link sent to your email address by POEMS. It typically takes up to 7 days from the date of submission of the interest form to receive the email with the specific link.
American Express (“AMEX”) reserves the right to reject your Card application and the terms of the AMEX Welcome Gift and/or AMEX Spend Gift.
Please note that Cash Trading Accounts (T) are not eligible to apply for The Platinum Card®.
For The American Express® Platinum Credit Card, the First Year Annual Fee will not be charged if all application processes have been completed and approved through the specific link that was sent to your registered email address by PSPL.
For The Platinum Card®, Customers will have to make the First Year Annual Fee payment of S$1,712 (inclusive of GST) once billed by American Express.

- are not existing Platinum Card® Members enrolled in other campaigns

- Customers who have closed any Accounts with PSPL
- Customers who have enjoyed / will enjoy similar program or promotion
