Notice: POEMS SMS Order Alert service has been discontinued on 26 August 2023
Dear Valued Clients
As part of our commitment to provide the best possible user experience, we continuously evaluate and evolve our offerings. After careful consideration, the POEMS SMS Order Alert service has been discontinued on 26 August 2023.
Alternatives are readily available and you can opt-in to any of them to continue receiving order alerts.
1. Mobile Push Notification
As you may know the existing POEMS SMS Order Alert service only caters to SGX Stocks with Done and Partial Done status, requiring the usage of Reward Points per SMS.
With the Order Alert service via Mobile Push Notification, you will be able to receive various order status updates for all the online markets that POEMS offers.
This service is also available for selected asset classes (i.e. CFD, UT) other than equities and for free!
All that is required from you is to download the POEMS Mobile application (available on iOS/Android) and enable the relevant notifications from POEMS Mobile to start receiving the push notifications.
To enable push notification on POEMS Mobile 2.0, login to POEMS Mobile 2.0, tap on the Menu > Alerts > Settings (Gear Icon) > Enable Order Alerts.

To enable push notification on POEMS Mobile 3, login to POEMS Mobile 3, goes to the Me tab > Settings (Gear Icon) > Notifications > Alerts > Enable Order Alerts

(Pre-requisite: Your device must allow Push Notifications.)
2. Email Order Alert
By opting in Email Order Alert, you will receive the email order alert (for SGX Stocks with Done and Partial Done status only) in the email address you indicated.
To do so, login to POEMS 2.0 > Alerts > Settings > Tick on the “Email” checkbox > Key in Password > Save.

3. In-Browser Pop-Up
Order Alerts will pop up while you are logged in to the platform.
To opt in to this option on POEMS 2.0, login to POEMS 2.0 > Alerts > Settings > Tick on the “Pop-up” box > Key in Password > Save.

To opt to this option on POEMS Pro, login to POEMS Pro > Settings > Alert > Order Alert > Enable “Display Alert When the Order is” > Apply

Any subsequent updates will be published on this announcement accordingly.
