What is Live Currency Conversion?

Live Currency Conversion provides competitive real-time foreign exchange rates among SGD, USD, HKD, CNY, AUD, CAD, GBP, EUR, MYR, and JPY to better manage your multi-currency ledgers.

Currency pairs with SGD, USD, HKD, CNY, AUD, CAD, GBP will typically be refreshed every minute.

How soon can I use the converted currency?

Once it is converted, you can use it immediately for your trading or withdrawal request.

Can I revert the currency conversion?

No, once it is confirmed, we are unable to reverse the currency conversion.

Is there any date or time that foreign exchange rates are not quoted real-time?

Real-time rates are available 24/5, subject to market condition and currency holidays, such as 1 January and 25 December.

How do I convert my currency?

You need to opt-in to multiple currency ledger under POEMS > Acct Mgmt > Online Forms > Currency Conversion.

Step 1: Double-click the balance of the currency you would like to convert

Step 2: Enter the amount you would like to convert and select the currency you would like to convert it to.

Alternatively, you can start with currency conversion, then enter your desired amount.

Note: The convertible amount is subject to your credit balance in your account.

Step 3: Enter your password and click submit.

Step 4: Please confirm your currency conversion request in the pop-up window.

Step 5: Once confirmed, your conversion history will be shown on the left and the amount will be converted immediately.
