Why am I unable to redeem Shopee Vouchers?
This can happen for one of three reasons:
1. As each Customer can only redeem S$10 and S$15 Shopee vouchers (total S$25 Shopee vouchers) per month, you may have hit the maximum redemption value for the month.
2. You have insufficient reward points for redemption.
3. You are using a Cash Trading Account. You may wish to convert to Cash Management Account to enjoy this reward.
