Why have I not received my Shopee vouchers?
The voucher code will be sent to your email address (registered to your POEMS account) within the next 10 working days (from the date of redemption). If you have yet to receive the voucher after 10 working days, kindly check your junk or spam folder.
MPORTANT: Please ensure that the email address registered to your POEMS Account is accurate as there will be no re-issuance of voucher or refund allowed in instances where you have used an incorrect email address.
