    No, you will only be entitled to the Promotion if you purchase a new qualifying plan during the promotion period.

  4. I am not a Singaporean, am I eligible for the promotion?
    No, the promotion is only open to Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents or foreigners/expatriates who hold a valid Employment Pass, Work Permit, Dependent Pass issued by the Ministry of Manpower or a Student Pass issued by the Ministry of Education.

  5. When will I be allowed to collect the Promotional Gift(s)?
    You will be notified once you have fulfilled the 30 calendar days period after the policy is issued without cancellation, customers who cancel the policy within the 30 calendar days period after the policy is issued will be disqualified from the gift entitlement.

  6. How do I collect the promotional gift(s) when I have fulfilled the requirements?
    The promotional gift(s) are available for collection from the branch where you have purchased the travel insurance policy.

  7. Can I redeem more than once?
    Yes, each policy is entitled to (1) unit of the promotional gift, during the Promotion period. You will be entitled to the corresponding number of promotional gifts when you purchase additional plans, while stocks last.

Promotion Terms and Conditions

  1. Definition
    1. By entering into the Travel Insurance Promotion – Travel More, Worry Less, you acknowledge and agree to all the Terms and Conditions as set out herein.
    2. PSPL reserves the right to use any other method or medium at its sole and absolute discretion for the distribution of promotion gifts from the Travel Insurance Promotion – Travel More, Worry Less.
    3. PSPL reserves the right to amend the Travel Insurance Promotion – Travel More, Worry Less at any time without prior notice.
    4. PSPL shall not be required to announce or inform customers about the promotion gift’s stock level.
    5. PSPL may request to collect required personal details upon gift collection.
    6. PSPL reserves the right to forfeit any gift from those who do not adhere to the terms and conditions of the Travel Insurance Promotion – Travel More, Worry Less upon gift collection.
    7. PSPL reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend or delay the Travel Insurance Promotion – Travel More, Worry Less at its sole discretion.
    8. PSPL reserves the right to change, amend, delete or add to these Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time and the participants shall be bound to such changes.
    9. Promotion Period” refers to the period from 11 September 2023 till 15 December 2023, both dates inclusive.
    10.     18. Eligible Customer” refers to customers whose proposal for any Qualifying Plan is submitted, reviewed and accepted by PSPL during the Promotion Period by satisfying the Eligibility Criteria.
    19. Non-Eligible Customer” refers to customers purchasing the travel insurance policy before or after the promotion period, case submitted after 15 December 2023, or purchasing from different/ other insurers from the participating sponsors.
    20. Campaign will end once the gifts are fully redeemed from the respective promotions or on the last day of the campaign as stated, whichever is earlier.
     
    1. Purchase and Redemption of Promotional Gifts
      • Customers shall qualify for the Promotion package should they visit the Participating PIC branches within the Promotion Period or contact PIC’s sales representative to make the purchase(s) of the respective promotions.
      • Customers shall qualify for Promotion 1 when the customers complete the purchase process and the policy is successfully issued for a month (30 calendar days) without cancellation.
      • Customers shall qualify for Promotion 2 when the customers complete the purchase process and the policy is successfully issued for a month (30 calendar days) without cancellation.
      • Customers shall qualify for Promotion 3 when the customers complete the purchase process and the policy is successfully issued for a month (30 calendar days) without cancellation.
      • The following Customers shall not qualify for the Promotion unless approved by the management of Phillip Securities Pte Ltd (“PSPL”): a) All employees (e.g. staff, trading representatives, financial adviser representatives of PhillipCapital group of companies, its related entities, and their immediate family members (e.g. spouse and children)
    2. General Terms and Conditions
      • By participating in the promotion, each Eligible Customer is deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any other instructions, terms and conditions that PSPL may issue from time to time without prior notification to the Eligible Customers.
      • PSPL assumes no responsibility for incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible or misdirected forms or email communication, for technical hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed incomplete, distorted or delayed electronic transmission which may limit an Eligible Customer’s ability to participate in the promotion.
      • PSPL has the sole and absolute discretion to exclude any Eligible Customers from participating in the promotion without any obligation to furnish notice and/or reason.
      • PSPL reserves the right to disqualify or disregard any Eligible Customer who does not comply with the Terms and Conditions.
      • PSPL may at its discretion forfeit the promotion, or, if already awarded, reclaim the promotion at the expense of the Eligible Customer without payment, compensation, or having to give any reason whatsoever in the event PSPL subsequently discovers that the Eligible Customer is not eligible to participate in the Promotion and/or to receive the Promotion.
      • Promotion Gifts are subjected to availability. PSPL reserves the right to replace any Promotion Gifts with items of similar value at any time without prior notice to the Eligible Customers.
      • PSPL shall not be liable for any loss of, damage to, defects, delay, misdelivery or non-delivery of the Promotion Gift.
      • PSPL reserves the right to deal with any unclaimed Promotion Gifts in any manner it deems fit without any obligation to furnish notice and/or reason.
      • PSPL reserves the right to request for the Eligible Customers’ proof of eligibility, identity and/or otherwise for the purposes of verifying the Eligible Customers’ claim to the Promotion Gifts at the time of collection.
      • PSPL is under no obligation whatsoever to disclose the identity of the Eligible Customers or to publish the same for any reason at any point of time.
      • The Promotional Gifts are non-transferable, not exchangeable for cash, credit or any other items of equivalent value.
      • By participating in this promotion, each Eligible Customer agrees and consents to the collection, use and disclosure of any and all personal data of the Eligible Customer by PSPL and its advertising and promotional agencies for the purpose of administering and/or publicizing the promotion, and providing the Eligible Customer with marketing, advertising and promotional information or materials relating to the products and services that PSPL offers.
      • If an Eligible Customer provides PSPL with personal data of any third party, that Eligible Customer hereby:
        (1) agrees on behalf of that third party to be bound by the Terms and Conditions contained herein; and
        (2) consents on behalf of that third party, to PSPL’s collection, use, disclosure and processing of his/her personal data in accordance with the Terms and Conditions contained herein.
        (3) warrants that he/she has obtained the said third party’s prior consent to such collection, use, disclosure and processing of his/her personal data by PSPL and that the personal data that the Eligible Customer provides to PSPL is true, accurate and complete
      • PSPL shall not be liable for any third party’s misuse of the Eligible Customer‘s submitted information as a result of the Eligible Customer taking part in the promotion.
      • PSPL may at any time at its absolute discretion, without prior notice or assigning any reason thereof or being liable to any person, (1) suspend, cancel or terminate the promotion, or
        (2) delete, vary, supplement, amend, modify any one or more of the terms and conditions of the promotion.
      • PSPL’s determination of all matters in connection with the promotion shall be final, binding and conclusive.
      • PSPL is not obliged to give any reason or prior notice on any matter concerning the Promotion Period or the promotion. No appeal, correspondence or claims will be entertained. PSPL has the right and discretion to determine whether a party has met the requirements of the promotion and/or to redeem the Promotion Gift. Eligible Customers shall not be entitled to any damages or compensation whatsoever or howsoever arising as a result of such amendment, suspension or termination of the promotion.
      • By participating in the promotion, all Eligible Customers agree and undertake to, at all times, indemnify, keep indemnified, and hold PSPL, its employees and agents harmless against all losses (including direct, indirect, incidental and/or consequential losses), damages (including general, special, and/or punitive damages), demands, injuries (other than personal injury caused by PSPL‘s negligence), claims, costs, penalties, interest and fees (including all legal fees as between solicitor and Eligible Customer or otherwise on a full indemnity basis whether or not incurred in respect of any real, anticipated, or threatened legal proceedings), howsoever caused by, arising or resulting from, whether directly or indirectly, their participation in the promotion, acceptance or usage of the Promotion, and/or any breach or purported breach of these terms and conditions and/or any applicable law.
      • PSPL makes no warranty or representation as to the quality, merchantability or fitness for purpose of the merchants’ goods, products, and/or services in respect of the promotion. Any dispute about the same must be resolved directly either with the Insurer or the Promotion Gift issuer. The merchants’ Terms and Conditions may apply.
      • In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the Terms and Conditions and the contents of any brochure, marketing and/or promotional materials relating to the promotion, the Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
      • Any trademarks, graphic symbols, logos or intellectual property contained in any materials used in connection with this promotion, in particular the promotion, are the property of their respective owners. PSPL is not affiliated with, or endorsed or sponsored by, such owners and their relevant affiliates.
      • Failure by PSPL to exercise any of its right or remedy under these Terms and Conditions does not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.
      • The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Singapore law and the Eligible Customers agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
      • A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these Terms and Conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Right of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions.
      • In case of dispute, the decision of PSPL shall be final.
      • PSPL, its affiliates and their respective employees and agents shall not be liable to any person for any loss, damage, injury, costs or expenses incurred, suffered, borne or arising from this promotion.
      • The Eligible Customer understands that he/she is entitled to withdraw his/her consent for the collection, use and disclosure of his/her personal data by notifying the Data Protection Officer (“DPO”) of in writing. The Eligible Customer also understands that by withdrawing his/her consent may mean that PSPL is unable to proceed with the respective Promotion Gift redemption.
      • PSPL reserves the right at any time in its absolute discretion to
        (1) amend, add to, and/or delete at any time of these Terms & Conditions without prior notice to the Eligible Customer (including eligibility and qualifying terms and criteria), and all Eligible Customer shall be bound by such amendments, additions and/or deletions when effected, or to
        (2) vary, withdraw, and/or cancel any items or the promotion itself without having to disclose a reason, and without any compensation or payment whatsoever. PSPL’s decision on all matters relating to the promotion are final and binding on all Eligible Customers.
      • By taking part in this Promotion, the Eligible Customer acknowledges that he/she has read and consented to these Terms & Conditions.
