Contest Duration

1. The Contest runs from 14 March 2022 1200 hours to 8 May 2022 1200 hours (both dates inclusive), or other periods as determined by Phillip Securities Pte Ltd (PSPL) at its absolute discretion. (hereafter referred to as the ‘Contest Period’)
2. There will be a total of 8 weekly hunts on the following dates:

   Hunt 1	14 March 2022, 1200 HRS – 20 March 2022, 1200 HRS
   Hunt 2	21 March 2022, 1200 HRS – 27 March 2022, 1200 HRS
   Hunt 3	28 March 2022, 1200 HRS – 3 April 2022, 1200 HRS
   Hunt 4	4 April 2022, 1200 HRS – 10 April 2022, 1200 HRS
   Hunt 5	11 April 2022, 1200 HRS – 17 April 2022, 1200 HRS
   Hunt 6	18 April 2022, 1200 HRS – 24 April 2022, 1200 HRS
   Hunt 7	25 April 2022, 1200 HRS – 1 May 2022, 1200 HRS
   Hunt 8	2 May 2022, 1200 HRS – 8 May 2022, 1200 HRS

How to Participate – Weekly Hunt

3. The Contest’s Weekly Hunt is open to all anyone 18 years and above.
4. To be eligible for the Contest’s Weekly Hunt, participants will have to meet the following criteria:
   1. Have a POEMS Account with PSPL
   2. Download the POEMS Mobile 3 App
   3. Follow the PhillipCapital Instagram account (@phillipcapital)
      (hereafter referred to as (‘Participant’)
5. Eligible Participants are required to perform all of the following actions to win the Contest’s weekly hunts.
   1. Decipher the clues provided on https://www.poems.com.sg/poems-hunt/ (“Website”) as well as our Instagram account (@phillipcapital).
   2. Download the POEMS Mobile 3 App and locate the hidden icon which will present a secret code.
   3. The first participant to successfully click the icon and submit the code as well as his/her details in the google form provided (https://bit.ly/POEMS-Hunt) will win the Top Prize of the week.
   4. The second and third participants to click and successfully fill the google form will win the Second and Third Prize respectively. For consolation, the 47th participant to successfully click the icon and submit the code and their details will be rewarded with the consolation prize as illustrated below. Do note that multiple submissions of the form will not be counted. The 47^th unique Account holder who successfully submits the form will be selected as the winner for the consolation prize.
6. Entries submitted after the period of each weekly hunt will not be accepted. PSPL reserves all rights to disqualify any incomplete or late submissions.

8. Winners of each weekly hunt will be updated at the end of each hunt on our website.
9. Winners of the Top 3 Prizes & Consolation Prize of each hunt will receive a follow-up email from PSPL seven (7) business days after each weekly hunt with notifying them of their prizes. Winners are required to respond to the electronic mail within 3 business days.
10. Should the winner be uncontactable within 3 working days, his/her prize will be forfeited. PSPL reserves the right to decide on one (1) or more reserve winner to replace the disqualified winner. PSPL has the absolute discretion to exclude any otherwise eligible persons from participating in the Contest.
11. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items. All images of the prize(s) on all collaterals are for illustration purposes only. Should the prize be unavailable for any reason, PSPL, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the original prize with an alternative prize with a similar monetary value.
12. Each Participant is only eligible to win one of the Top 3 prizes throughout the contest period. Once a Participant has been selected to win any Top 3 prizes, the Participant will not be eligible to win any of the Top 3 Prizes at any subsequent hunts. However, winners of the Top 3 Prizes can still participate to win the consolation prizes.
13. Participating in the Contest with multiple Accounts is prohibited and any Participant found to be using multiple Accounts will have their prize forfeited should they win.
    1. Joint Account holders are welcomed to participate however multiple submissions of the forms with the same Account number but different NRIC will be not be considered.

Prize Collection

The winner will be contacted via electronic mail per his/her POEMS Account records and will be given further instructions on verification of the residential address before arranging the delivery of the Nintendo Switch OLED.
    Hunt 3	1 Mastercard Share	This prize will be automatically credited into the winner’s POEMS Account. The winner will be contacted via electronic mail per his/her POEMS Account records and will be notified before the shares are credited into their respective POEMS Account.
    Hunt 4	1 Mastercard Share	This prize will be automatically credited into the winner’s POEMS Account. The winner will be contacted via electronic mail per his/her POEMS Account records and will be notified before the shares are credited into their respective POEMS Account.
    Hunt 5	10.9-inch iPad Air Wi-Fi 64GB – Space Grey	This prize will only be available via self-collection at our main office (250 North Bridge Road, #06-00, Raffles City Tower Singapore 179101). The winner will be contacted via electronic mail per his/her POEMS Account records and will be given further instructions on self-collection of the 10.9-inch iPad Air Wi-Fi 64GB – Space Grey.
    Hunt 6	Apple Watch Series 7 45 mm	This prize will only be available via self-collection at our main office (250 North Bridge Road, #06-00, Raffles City Tower Singapore 179101). The winner will be contacted via electronic mail per his/her POEMS Account records and will be given further instructions on self-collection of the Apple Watch Series 7 45mm.
    Hunt 7	Automatic Mahjong Table	This prize will be delivered to the Singapore residential address of the winner. The winner will be contacted via electronic mail per his/her POEMS Account records and will be given further instructions on verification of the residential address before arranging the delivery of the Automatic Mahjong Table.
    Hunt 8	iPhone 13 128GB Blue	This prize will only be available via self-collection at our main office (250 North Bridge Road, #06-00, Raffles City Tower Singapore 179101). The winner will be contacted via electronic mail per his/her POEMS Account records and will be given further instructions on self-collection of the iPhone 13 128GB Blue.
    Second Prize	AirPods 3rd Gen	This prize will only be available via self-collection at our main office (250 North Bridge Road, #06-00, Raffles City Tower Singapore 179101). The winner will be contacted via electronic mail per his/her POEMS Account records and will be given further instructions on self-collection of the AirPods 3rd Gen.
    Second Prize	1 Apple Share	This prize will be automatically credited into the winner’s POEMS Account. Winner will be contacted via electronic mail per his/her POEMS Account records and will be notified before the shares are credited into their respective POEMS Account.
    Third Prize	1 Citibank Share	This prize will be automatically credited into the winner’s POEMS Account. Winner will be contacted via electronic mail per his/her POEMS Account records and will be notified before the shares are credited into their respective POEMS Account.
    Consolation Prize	2500 POEMS Reward Points	This prize will be automatically credited into the winner’s POEMS Account. Winner will be contacted via electronic mail per his/her POEMS Account records and will be notified before the points are credited into their respective POEMS Account.

15. For prizes pertaining to shares, winners are required to have the following:
    1. POEMS Account with the following forms completed:
       1. US Tax Documentation, known as W-8BEN Form
       2. RWS Acknowledgement
16. This campaign is not sponsored, endorsed or authorised by Mastercard, Apple or Citi Group.

Other Terms & Conditions

17. The following persons are not eligible for this Contest, unless approved by the management of PSPL:
    1. PSPL institutional Customers and corporate Customers
    2. PSPL Account holders whose Accounts have been suspended, cancelled or terminated
    3. PSPL and its associated entities and subsidiaries (direct or indirect), e.g. Staff, Trading Representatives and Financial Adviser Representatives including their spouse and direct family members.
18. In the event of a dispute over the Customer’s eligibility to participate in this Contest, PSPL’s decision will be final.
19. PSPL reserves the sole right to refuse to award vouchers and/or prizes without any prior notice to any participants for any reason, particularly when participants have behaved inappropriately, whether through posting inappropriate remarks or through unconventional means or otherwise.
20. PSPL reserves the right at any time in its absolute discretion to (i) amend, add and / or delete any of these Terms and Conditions without prior notification (including eligibility and qualifying terms and criteria), and all participants shall be bound by such amendments, additions and / or deletions when effected, or (ii) vary, withdraw, or cancel any items or the Contest without having to disclose a reason thereof and without any compensation or payment whatsoever. The decision of PSPL on all matters relating to the Contest shall be final and binding on all participants.
21. By taking part in this Contest, participants acknowledge that he/she has read and consented to these Terms and Conditions.
