Terms & Conditions

1. Referral Program (“Program”) is valid for existing POEMS Account holders (“Referrer”) who refer Customer(s) new to Phillip Securities Pte Ltd (PSPL) to open a Cash Plus Account (“Referee”), from 20 September 2021 to 31 December 2022, both dates inclusive.
2. Within this context, Referrers refer to Customers with any of the following Accounts: Cash Plus, Cash Management, Margin, Prepaid, Custodian or Share Financing (“Qualified Accounts”).
3. Referral will only be considered successful when the Referee opens a Cash Plus Account using a unique referral link generated by Referrer and fulfills these terms and conditions (see point 11).
4. If the Referee uses referral link(s) to open multiple Accounts, only the first successfully opened and funded Account will be considered as successful referral.
5. Referrers will only receive rewards ONCE for each unique Referee even if the Referee opens and funds more than 1 Account (regardless of Account type). Referee will receive rewards only for their FIRST opened and funded Account
6. Only the first 10 referred accounts (regardless of Account type) will be considered as successful referrals.
7. Referee consents to disclose his or her name and referral status to the Referrer.
8. The following Customers are NOT eligible for this Program unless approved by the management of Phillip Securities Pte Ltd (“PSPL”)
   1. Referee who has any type of existing Accounts with PSPL, including joint and corporate Accounts.
   2. Referee who has closed any Accounts with PSPL
   3. Referrers and Referees who have enjoyed / will enjoy similar programs or promotion, including PhillipCFD’s Refer A Friend.
   4. All employees of Phillip entities and its partners (e.g., trading representatives, financial advisors) and their immediate families (e.g., spouse and children).
9. In the event of a dispute over the Customer’s eligibility to participate in this promotion, PSPL’s decision will be final.
10. PSPL reserves the right at any time in its absolute discretion to (i) amend, add to, and/or delete at any time of these Terms & Conditions without prior notice (including eligibility and qualifying terms and criteria), and all participants shall be bound by such amendments, additions and/or deletions when effected, or to (ii) vary, withdraw, and/or cancel any items or the promotion itself without having to disclose a reason, and without any compensation or payment whatsoever. PSPL’s decisions on all matters relating to the promotion are final and binding on all participants.
11. By taking part in this promotion, the participant acknowledges that he/she has read and consented to these Terms & Conditions.

Rewards for Referrer

12. Referrer will be entitled for S$68 Cash Credit when his/her Referee
    1. Successfully opens a Cash Plus Account and deposits at least S$3,000 to the Account within 7 calendar days from the Account opening date
    2. Does not withdraw this minimum amount for a period of at least 30 days.
13. Referrers will receive S$68 Cash Credit in Qualified Accounts once PSPL has verified that the referee did not withdraw the funds for at least 30 days. Credits are non-transferable and non-withdrawable.

Rewards for Referee

14. Referees will receive 1 month Unlimited Commission free US Trades and 1000 POEMS Reward Points when he/she funds at least S$3,000 to the Account within 7 calendar days from Account opening
15. Commission free US Trades refers to the offset of brokerage commission by PSPL for trades executed for US listed shares, excluding miscellaneous charges, exchange fees, GST and any applicable charges. The US Trades have to be executed through POEMS online platforms to enjoy free brokerage.

Terms & Conditions
