Land Transport Sector – TDVLs issued maintains its growth trajectory

Jumbo Group has entered into a franchise agreement with C J Seafood Co. Ltd., which shall establish and operate a JUMBO Seafood Restaurant in Bangkok, Thailand.
OKP Holdings Limited and the Land Transport Authority have entered into an agreement to mutually terminate the contract for the construction of the viaduct from TPE to PIE (Westbound) and Upper Changi Road East.
Keppel Corporation and Singapore Technologies Engineering (ST Engineering) have agreed to team up in the design and implementation of smart city masterplans and solutions.
AIMS AMP Capital Industrial REIT will be carrying out an asset enhancement initiative (AEI) at 29 Woodlands Industrial Park E1, NorthTech as part of its ongoing asset enhancement strategy. The AEI is due for completion in the second half of 2019 and will cost approximately S$13 million.
Top Glove Corporation alleged that based on an interim report by an independent accounting firm, there was overstatement of assets and overvaluation to the tune of RM714.9 million (S$240 million) in Aspion, a company it had acquired from Adventa Capital in April this year.
Yanlord Land Group Limited has acquired a 154,500 sqm prime residential development site in Hangzhou for RMB2.94 billion.
