股市资讯 | 贸易战似降温中方欲购更多美国半导体 加快开放外资进入国内券商 香港恒指主要成分股在美业务占比小

美国股市

北京时间27日凌晨消息,美国股市周一收盘大幅走高,主要股指多年来表现最佳,因对中美之间潜在贸易战的担忧似乎有所减弱。

标普500指数收涨70.29点,涨幅2.72%,创2015年8月26日以来最大单日涨幅,报2658.55点。 道琼斯工业平均指数收涨669.40点,涨幅2.84%,创2015年8月26日以来最大单日涨幅,报24202.60点。

纳斯达克综合指数收涨227.88点,涨幅3.26%,创2015年8月26日以来最大单日涨幅,报7220.54点。 纳斯达克100指数收涨3.8%,创2015年8月份以来最大单日涨幅。

标普500指数11大板块全线收涨,其中6大板块超过2%,信息技术板块领涨,涨幅接近4%,是自2015年8月以来板块最佳单日涨幅,其中微软公司起到很大的帮助作用。其次是金融板块,涨幅超3%。 美国银行股普遍上涨,其中高盛涨约4%;美国科技股普遍上涨,其中苹果收涨约4.8%。

中概股新浪收涨3.19%,京东收涨2.4%,网易收涨0.58%,百度收涨2.55%,阿里巴巴收涨5.13%,微博收涨4.89。

“中美贸易摩擦”新进展

凤凰国际imarkets讯 北京时间本周二,英国金融时报周一援引未具名知情人士报道称,中国提出把部分从韩国和台湾采购的半导体转而向美国购买,以减少中国对美国的贸易顺差。

据了解有关讨论情况的人士称,为避免与美国爆发贸易战,中国官方将赶在5月前敲定允许外资金融集团在中国国内证券机构中持有多数股权的新规则。除外资控股券商外,中方放宽商业银行和合资寿险公司中的外资持股上限也在讨论之中,有望在三至五年内落地,具体信号可能会在下周举行的博鳌亚洲论坛上释放出来。3月9日,证监会曾就修订外商投资证券公司管理办法征求意见,修订内容主要包括允许外资控股合资证券公司、逐步放开合资证券公司的业务范围、明确外资持有上市、非上市券商股权比例的要求等等。

另据彭博社称,美国白宫贸易顾问纳瓦罗表示,美国财长努钦和美国贸易代表处正在积极与中国进行接触,但对中国的投资限制很快就会宣布,特朗普希望2018年将美国对华贸易逆差削减1000亿美元。

美国财长努钦周日表示,对能否与中国达成协议持谨慎乐观态度。

美国与韩国已达成自贸协定。

香港股市

3月26日开盘,港股恒生指数低开0.14%,随后在30200点上下波动,午后跌幅收窄至翻红。截至收盘,恒生指数跌0.79%,报30548.77点;国企指数涨0.57%,报12197.70点;红筹指数涨0.03%,报4419.53点。大市交易1410.97亿港元。

“三桶油”业绩造好,股价午后持续拉升,中国石油化工(00386)大涨5.16%,报6.93港元,领涨蓝筹;中国石油(00857)涨1.49%,报5.45港元,中国海洋石油(00883)涨2.09%,报11.74港元。

医药板块持续造好,今日相关个股再度走强,截至收盘,上海医药(601607)(02607)涨5.54%,药明生物(02269)涨4.37%,白云山(00874)涨5.47%,复星医药(600196)(02196)涨2.74%。

内房股早盘表现疲弱,午后逐步走强,截至收盘,中国奥园(03883)涨5.76%,碧桂园(02007)涨3.6%,中国恒大(03333)涨3.92%,保利置业集团(00119)涨2.86%。

中美贸易战对香港恒指的影响

作为理性投资者,不能只作门外汉估计贸易战,而不进深了解贸易战实际对恒指的影响。恒指今天的9大成份股,分别为腾讯、汇控、建行、友邦、工行、中移动、平安、中行、港交所。根据恒生指数公司今年2月份资料,以上9家大蓝筹占恒指成份比57.9%。

因此,只要以上9家公司业绩没有与美国贸易存在太大关系,回调只是借消息下跌。港股跟随全球股市回调实属合理,同时全球股市都处于相对高位,对好消息的消息自然不及坏消息敏感。然而,若港股在回调中,企业的基本业绩没有变差,中国经济又没有太多放慢,那么这次回调其实也同时令港股估值更吸引。

腾讯业绩报告中没有提到集团有美国业务,翻查资料,集团在美国主要投资了电动车生产商 Tesla 和社交软件 Snapchat ,都是财务投资性质。平安也没有太多美国业务,主要披露是投资了美国上市,但业务在中国的汽车之家,以及财险有涉足美国再保险市场,但也没有巨大到要披露水平。中移动及港交所没有披露美国业务,友邦是泛亚洲定位的保险公司,没有美国业务。

银行股方面,汇控美国业务占比算是较多,2017年北美业务占集团纯利9.3%,16亿美元。工行持有旗下工行美国80%股份,实收资本3.1亿美元,2016年净利703万美元。建行没有太多美国业务。中行则为美国的人民币清算行,惟清算业务相信对盈利贡献不大,集团也没有披露美国业务占收入多少,估计也不多。

中国股市

在经历了上周的大幅下挫以及周一开盘快速下探后,A股逐渐企稳并震荡回升,周末传闻国家队周五介入以及美国财长释放善意,为市场带来一定的提振。创业板及中小板率先发力,强势翻红,午后涨幅进一步扩大,创业板收盘大涨3.16%,收报1780.61点。深指及中小板指亦涨逾1%。沪指收盘跌幅收窄至0.6%,盘中一度跌穿3100点整数关口,收报3133.72点。

两市合计成交4709亿元,行业板块多数收涨,航天军工板块强势领涨。沪深股通合计净流入约40亿元,外资抄底意图较为明显。
