美国股市

截至北京时间5月19日凌晨,美股周五大体收跌。必须消费品与非必需消费品板块跌幅领先。美债收益率攀升与国际贸易关系等问题继续受到市场关注。截止收盘,道指涨1.11点,报24,715.09点;标普500指数跌7.16点,或0.26%,报2,712.97点;纳指跌28.13点,或0.38%,报7,354.34点。

中美贸易战停火!止战!

北京时间5月20日,据新华社消息,中美已就第二轮贸易谈判在华盛顿达成一致,并发布联合声明,声明如下:

“根据习近平主席和特朗普总统的指示,2018年5月17日至18日,由习近平主席特使、国务院副总理刘鹤率领的中方代表团和包括财政部长姆努钦、商务部长罗斯和贸易代表莱特希泽等成员的美方代表团就贸易问题进行了建设性磋商。

双方同意,将采取有效措施实质性减少美对华货物贸易逆差。为满足中国人民不断增长的消费需求和促进高质量经济发展,中方将大量增加自美购买商品和服务。这也有助于美国经济增长和就业。

双方同意有意义地增加美国农产品和能源出口,美方将派团赴华讨论具体事项。

双方就扩大制造业产品和服务贸易进行了讨论,就创造有利条件增加上述领域的贸易达成共识。

双方高度重视知识产权保护,同意加强合作。中方将推进包括《专利法》在内的相关法律法规修订工作。

双方同意鼓励双向投资,将努力创造公平竞争营商环境。

双方同意继续就此保持高层沟通,积极寻求解决各自关注的经贸问题。”

本次声明是中美联合声明,而非中方或美方单独发布,说明此次文件体现了了双方重大共识,是贸易逆差,能源等众多重大问题得到解决的体现。而在这些问题得到解决,双方诉求达成一致的情况下,中期内贸易战继续对抗升级的可能性几乎没有了。某种意义上,这一次中美贸易战已经停火。

百度:COO陆奇卸任,股价下跌

北京时间5月19日,百度宣布负责该公司向人工智能转向的陆奇卸任首席运营官一职之后,这家中国互联网巨头股价应声下跌超7.5%。

陆奇是微软前员工,于2016年底加入百度。他被广泛认为是全球人工智能行业的顶尖人物,负责百度AI部门的日常运营。陆奇此次卸任是百度过去一年中公司高管相继离开的最新变动。在2017年初,百度失去了首席科学家吴恩达(Andrew Ng),不久之后,百度自动驾驶汽车部门的负责人王劲(Wang Jing)离开了公司,创办了自己的公司。

援引新浪财经的评论,百度正在围绕人工智能这一战略核心,开始压缩边缘化其他业务,例如百度外卖,糯米等,而这也与频繁人事变动有着密切的联系。

新加坡“咸鱼“ Carousell 推出数字钱包CarouPay,
5月16日有消息称东南亚“闲鱼”Carousell计划推出自己的数字钱包CarouPay。 此前业内人士透露Carousell已经完成了8500万美元的C轮融资。在周二召开的新加坡亚洲年度技术大会上,Carousell的联合创始人Siu Rui Quek透露,该公司将于下个月推出数字钱包CarouPay,以实现即时结账的功能。这表示东南亚“闲鱼” Carousell也要进军超过6亿人口的东南亚支付市场了。

显然,东南亚移动支付这个“香饽饽”谁都想要咬一口:Grab和Go-Jek在出行、生活服务类上大做文章;支付宝和微信支付开始进入新加坡马来西亚等多国市场,从旅游场景切人;甚至连游戏设备公司Razer也宣布收购马来西亚最大支付公司之一的MOL Global,开始实施自己的“无现金”战略。如今再加上Carousell这个东南亚明星项目,虽然一直被诟病其毛利极低的模式,无法做大做强。最近终于对长时间的质疑做出了有力的回应,先是完成了C轮融资,然后利用自己的用户和场景优势开发支付业务。

Uber 彻底退出新加坡市场,Grab推出新服务

截至5月7日,网约车平台Uber已经停止在新加坡的运营。旗下的外卖业务Uber Eats 由Grab接手,而Grab的外卖业务 Grab Food 已在新加坡和马来西亚开始运营。

此外,Grab还推出三项新服务,包括为残障用户提供专门网约车服务的GrabAssist、专车服务GrabCar Plus和为有1-3岁幼童家庭提供网约车服务的GrabFamily (ages 1-3)。

香港股市

北京时间5月17日,美股周四收跌。美国10年期国债收益率突破3.12%,再创近7年来新高,令股市承压。今日开盘,港股恒生指数高开0.3%,之后走势反复,午后石油股、煤炭股大涨,带动恒指涨幅持续扩大,截止收盘,恒生指数涨0.34%,报31047.91点。国企指数涨0.62%,报12355.13点。红筹指数涨1.12%,报4681.43点。大市成交935.56亿港元。

沪港通资金流向方面,沪股通净流入24.86亿,港股通(沪)净流入4.16亿。

深港通资金流向方面,深股通净流入11.43亿,港股通(深)净流入7.28亿。

中国股市

北京时间5月18日,周五三大股指低开,随着白酒、食品板块回调的消极影响,深成指与创指均受挫走低。临近上午收盘,市场指数小幅分化,随着油服、煤炭、食品制造等板块的拉升沪指有所回暖,创业板跌幅不断扩大。板块概念萎靡,整体来看板块个股跌多涨少,市场观望情绪浓厚。午后,午后指数小幅分化,随着环保与海南板块异动拉升,沪指走势有所回暖,创业板指数翻红走强。尾盘,沪深两市午后单边上涨,沪指涨逾1%逼近3200点关口,油服、环保工程板块相继上攻。截止收盘,沪指报3193.30,涨1.24%;深成指报10672.52,涨0.35%,创指报1836.75,涨0.30%。

从盘面上,油服、可燃冰、海南等板块涨幅居前;半导体、公交、蓝宝石等板块跌幅居前。

热点板块:

受“国际油价居高不下,美国页岩油产量增长”等消息影响,油服板块盘中拉升,通源石油(8.690, 0.79, 10.00%)、中油工程(5.270, 0.48, 10.02%)、海油工程(6.660, 0.61, 10.08%)、中曼石油(42.600, 3.87, 9.99%)、中海油服(12.000, 1.09, 9.99%)等多股大涨。

受“多因素影响,煤价难持续上涨”消息影响,油服板块盘中走强,西山煤电(8.490, 0.54, 6.79%)、潞安环、中国神华(22.320, 1.04, 4.89%)、山西焦化(12.740, 0.40, 3.24%)、开滦股份(5.800, 0.16, 2.84%)等多股大涨。
