股市资讯 | 戴尔(DELL)的重新上市计划获股东支持,最早12月28日上市

美股

北京时间12月13日凌晨,美股周三收高。国际贸易谈判有所进展的迹象提振了市场情绪。投资者还在斟酌特朗普关于贸易谈判与加息问题的讲话。英国首相特蕾莎-梅据称在不信任投票中获胜。

截止收盘,道指涨157.03点,或0.64%,报24527.27点;标普500指数涨14.29点,或0.54%,报2651.07点;纳指涨66.48点,或0.95%,报7098.31点。

周三盘中道指一度上涨逾458点。

汽车制造股全线飘红,通用汽车(GM)、菲亚特、丰田(TM)、福特(F)以及法拉利等汽车生产商悉数攀升。

以FAANG股票为首的科技与互联网股票普遍攀升。FAANG股票指的是Facebook(FB)、苹果(AAPL)、亚马逊(AMZN)、Netflix(NFLX)和谷歌母公司Alphabet(GOOG)等的股票。

宏观基本面:

美国劳工部宣布,美国11月消费者价格指数(CPI)同比增长2.2%,为2018年1月以来的最低水平。市场预期该指数将增长2.2%。前值为2.5%。

焦点股关注:

Under Armour(UAA)收跌9.06%,成为标普500指数中领跌的成份股。该公司发布的明年业绩预期令分析师感到失望。

劳氏(LOW)股价攀升,该公司宣布了新的100亿美元股票回购计划,并确认了2018财政年度的盈利与销售目标。

美国移动通信运营商威瑞森(VZ)收跌2.7%。该公司宣布对AOL和从雅虎收购的资产进行46亿美元的资产减记,意味着公司已经承认转型失败,数字广告领域的激烈竞争导致公司很难达到营收和利润目标。此次资产减记将抹去该部门几乎一半的价值。

戴尔的重新上市计划获股东支持。戴尔在重新上市的问题上获得了股东投票的支持,最早将于12月28日在纽交所上市,交易代码为“DELL”。
 

   

港股

北京时间12月12日,美股周二收盘涨跌不一。投资者仍在权衡美国的政治局势以及国际贸易关系的进展。周三开盘,港股恒指高开1.1%,重返26000点,之后持续走高,午后一度涨近1.8%

截至收盘,恒生指数涨1.61%,报26186.71点;国企指数涨1.68%,报10417.16点;红筹指数涨2.25%,报4307.1点。大市成交694.97亿港元。

沪港通资金流向方面,沪股通净流入13.3亿,港股通(沪)净流出2.61亿。

深港通资金流向方面,深股通净流入1.44亿,港股通(深)净流入8.02亿。

热点板块:

内房股上涨,华润置地涨6.57%,报30元,领涨蓝筹。富力地产, 涨5.22%,世茂房地产涨4.07%,融创中国涨3.33%,碧桂园涨3.17%。

高铁基建股上涨,中国铁建涨5.4%,报10.54元;中国中铁涨4.59%,报7.29元;中国中车涨2.55%,报7.63元;中国交通建设涨3.3%,报7.51元。

燃气股上涨,华润燃气涨6.96%,报33.05元;中国燃气涨4.58%,报28.55元;新奥能源涨3.6%,报73.3元;北京控股涨1.81%,报45.05元。

中国铁塔(0788)涨7.03%,报1.37元,股价创新高。联交所股权变动资料显示,该公司于12月5日获贝莱德增持205万股,每股作价1.1883港元。另外,花旗表示近期内地分配5G频谱,包括给予中移动2.6GHz频段,预计对中国铁塔影响轻微负面,但相信5G发展仍是对中国铁塔是明显增长动力。该行予中国铁塔“买入”评级及目标价1.5港元。
 

 

中国A股

北京时间12月12日,周三两市双双高开后,早盘在汽车零部件板块走强带动下,各大指数悉数冲高,随后展开震荡走低走势,午后雄安新区、深圳本地股板块的相继拉盘,沪指也再次回到2600点上方,但成交量连续四天不足千亿,市场整体呈现震荡格局,人气依旧低迷。

截止收盘,沪指报2602.15点,涨0.31%,深成指报7698.02点,涨0.16%。

从盘面上看,啤酒概念、汽车零部件、园区开发板块居板块涨幅榜前列,通讯设备、知识产权保护、ST板块居板块跌幅榜前列。

热点板块:

汽车零部件板块现多股涨停,全天领涨两市,京威股份、光启技术、西菱动力、八菱科技、奥联电子、浙江世宝涨停,继峰股份、金鸿顺、斯太尔、文灿股份等个股均有大幅拉升。

啤酒概念股崛起,板块个股全线飘红,珠江啤酒强势涨停,青岛啤酒、燕京啤酒、重庆啤酒、惠泉啤酒等个股均有不同程度上涨。
