美国股市

上周五美股收盘,标普500指数收跌55.43点,跌幅2.10%,报2588.26点,较1月26日收盘纪录高位回落9.9%,本周累跌5.95%。
道琼斯工业平均指数收跌424.69点,跌幅1.77%,报23533.20点,本周累跌5.67%。
纳斯达克综合指数收跌174.01点,跌幅2.43%,报6992.67点,本周累跌6.54%,创2015年8月份以来最大单周跌幅。

中美贸易战

【谈判阶段】到目前为止,事态还没发展到贸易战。特朗普只是签署了备忘录,行动还没开始,特朗普只有在30天的咨询期过后才会展开行动;这给行业游说人士和国会议员留下机会,设法冲淡这项行动.另外,中国方面迅速做出反制,宣布拟计划对自美国进口的从钢铁到猪肉在内的30亿美元商品加征关税。(商务部网站的标题:商务部新闻发言人就中方发布针对美国进口钢铁和铝产品232措施的中止减让产品清单发表谈话)所以,贸易战还没开打,双方只是拉开阵势,开始进入谈判博弈阶段,为谈判赢得更多筹码。

【谈判内容】(1) 希望中国采取行动,降低美国对中国的3750亿美元贸易逆差。特朗普说,美国已经向中国提出要求,要求将美国对华贸易逆差削减1000亿美元。(2) 除了贸易顺差,美国商界也很在意市场准入。据《华尔街 日报》援引未具名知情人士的消息报道,中国和美国已悄然启动磋商,讨论改善美国对中国的市场准入。美国提出了具体要求,其中包括降低中国对美国汽车征收的关税,增加中国对美国半导体的购买,以及扩大美国企业对中国金融业的准入。(3) 技术竞争。华盛顿普遍关注与中国的技术竞争。

【分解特朗普的策略】第一步,钢铝关税只是第一步,然后通过谈判豁免一些国家,通过这些国家联合起来对付中国;第二步,宣布对中国的商品征收关税。小试牛刀,看看其他国家的态度。根据白宫发表的声明,特朗普签署命令,在5月1日之前将欧盟,阿根廷,澳大利亚,巴西,加拿大,墨西哥和韩国国排除在课征钢铝关税的对象之外。特朗普将在5月决定是否继续豁免。结合对中国征税30天的咨询期,即4月23日下一步行动宽泛的日期将在4月中旬到5月初之间宣布。

【中国会不会报复性抛售美国国债?】中国不会在明面上抛,你见过哪个机构要清仓一直股票会大声告诉全世界——那样会造成账面价值的损失。“吓唬”的威力更大。中国暗示了必要时减少购买美国国债的可能性。对于特朗普来说,“股市表现”是他任内最为看重的政绩,上周四、周五美国三大股指连续两日因贸易战忧虑全面暴跌。所以,后续他的行动会比较隐晦而克制。

【最新进展】中国继续强硬表态贸易战,警告美国会奉陪到底。《中国日报》援引商务部原副部长、中国国际经济交流中心副理事长魏建国报道称,面对美国对华采取限制措施,中国已经做好充分准备,美国需要悬崖勒马,否则中国后续可能对美国的关税征收进一步采取措施。继宣布第一批中止减让产品清单之后,中国正在研究第二批、第三批清单,比如飞机、芯片领域。对美措施具体实施时间还未确定,中国将“观其颜, 看其行”。与此同时,美国财长努钦表示“谨慎乐观”地认为会与中国达成贸易协议,从而避免执行特朗普的对华关税措施。

Dropbox开盘首日大涨

Dropbox上周五正式在纳斯达克挂牌交易,股票交易代码为“DBX”,开盘价报29美元,较发行价高出近40%。Dropbox发行3600万股,并且该公司股票很受欢迎,需求数是该发行数的25倍。Dropbox的主要竞争对手是主营业务同为云存储服务的Box公司,当然还包括苹果、亚马逊、和谷歌提供的自家云存储服务。虽然Dropbox至今尚未实现盈利,但从财报中可以看出其净亏损在逐年减少。

脸书因“泄密门”市值蒸发580亿美元

脸书泄露用户资料丑闻持续发酵,其公司市值在刚刚过去的一周内蒸发了580亿美元。3月22日,脸书创始人扎克伯格就此事进行道歉,保证不会再度发生类似的事件,然而这样的解决方案显然无法让外界满意。公司股价从周一(19日)的176.80美元跌至周五(23日)晚上约159.30美元。舆论普遍认为,创建14年的脸书公司,正面临自创建以来最大的危机。在5000万用户数据信息泄露的消息传出并遭监管机构介入调查后,不仅导致脸书股价暴跌,更加严重的是,信息泄露事件动摇了用户对脸书的信任,“删除脸书”已经成为社交媒体上的一大话题标签。

香港股市

3月23日,恒指受外围利空影响,直接跌破3万点关口,以29930点开盘,跌幅达3.67%,全天低位盘整,尾盘略有回暖。截至收盘,恒指跌2.49%,报30309点,险守3万点关口;国企指数跌2.41%,报12128点;红筹指数跌2.17%,报4418点;大市全天成交高达2834亿港元,比前一日显著放大近一倍。

蓝筹股普遍下挫,瑞声科技(02018)跌6.79%,报145.6港元,领跌蓝筹;舜宇光学科技(02382)跌5.48%,报151.7港元,碧桂园(02007)跌5.36%,报15.54港元。
“三桶油”风光不在,中国石油(00857)收跌2.89%,中国海洋石油(00883)跌1.71%,中国石化(00386)跌2.23%。

银行股无力支撑大盘,建设银行(00939)跌2.18%,中国银行(03988)跌1.63%,工商银行(01398)跌2.35%,农业银行(01288)跌1.77%,招商银行(03968)跌3.57%。
保险股持续走低,相关个股全线下跌,截至收盘,中国平安(02318)跌3.71%,报84.45港元,中国太保(02601)跌1.98%,中国人寿(02628)跌1.56%,新华保险(01336)跌2.45%。

腾讯的南非大股东Naspers减持腾讯股票

在2001年投资了当时落魄无比的腾讯、并持有其股票长达17年后,腾讯的南非大股东Naspers终于做出了减持腾讯股票的决定。3月22日,腾讯第一大股东Naspers以 405港元/股出售2%的腾讯股份(近1.9亿股),套现769亿港元,持股量降至31.17%,仍为腾讯公司持股股东。该公司的公告显示,本次套现所得资金将用于加强Naspers的资产负债表,并将随着时间的推移投资,以加速Naspers分类广告、在线食品交付和金融科技业务在全球的增长。

中国股市

上周,受到海外波动带来心理层面影响,A股市场大跌。业内人士普遍认为,中美贸易摩擦升级凸显国内转型创新的战略意义。从战略角度来看,相比美国寻求贸易保护的政策,市场中期趋势取决于基本面,中国更着眼于高质量的发展与产业升级,中国资产仍值得战略性看好。

3月23日,沪指大幅跳空低开后全天展开低位震荡,量能有所放大;而创业板指接连失守重要点位,盘中一度逼近1700点整数关口。截至全天收盘,上证指数报3152.76点,跌3.39%;深证成指报10439.99点,跌4.02%;创业板指报1726.02点,跌5.02%;中小板指报7160.37点,跌4.09%。沪市全日成交2934.05亿元,深市全日成交3419.07亿元,两市量能有所放大。

从板块上看,仅有农业、养殖业、黄金等少数板块上涨;通信设备、钢铁、计算机设备等板块跌幅居前。
