美股

截至北京时间9月8日凌晨,美股周五收跌,纳指与标普500指数均录得连续第四个交易日下滑。美国总统特朗普再次对华发出巨额关税威胁,令投资者担心国际贸易形势将会继续恶化。

截止收盘,道指跌79.33点,或0.31%,报25,916.54点;标普500指数跌6.37点,或0.22%,报2,871.68点;纳指跌20.18点,或0.25%,报7,902.54点。

上周道指累计下跌0.2%,纳指累计下跌2.55%,标普500指数下跌1%

宏观基本面:

美国总统特朗普上周五在空军一号上宣称,除上次宣布的关税措施外,新一轮的对华巨额输美产品关税也很快将准备就绪。

在此之前,中国上周四表示,如果美国对中国加征新的关税,中方将被迫进行报复。

特朗普的对华关税政策在本国也受到企业界强烈反对。美国150家行业协会6日联合致信美国贸易代表,呼吁不要对更多中国输美商品加征关税。他们警告称,加征关税将严重破坏全球供应链,并伤害美国企业和消费者利益。

这150家行业协会代表美国制造商、农民、零售商、科技企业、天然气和石油公司、进口商、出口商和其他供应链利益攸关方。在写给美国贸易代表莱特希泽的信中,他们警告说单边加征关税的做法不会带来有意义的谈判或让步,只会招致反制措施。

焦点股关注:

科技股备受关注。本周科技板块表现欠佳,微软(MSFT)、谷歌的母公司Alphabet(GOOGL)以及Facebook(FB)等在过去几日均已大幅下跌。

阿里巴巴(BABA)股价收高1.56%,此前该公司宣布了回购股票计划。

特斯拉(TSLA)周五收跌6.3%,该公司首席会计官戴夫-莫顿(Dave Morton)在加入该公司一个月后,已于9月4日离职。

阿里巴巴(BABA): 马云今日公布传承计划

9月8日,《南华早报》报道称,马云将于9月10日宣布一项准备了10年的传承计划,该计划的目的是让年轻一代才俊能顺利接班,解开企业传承发展的问题。

马云告诉南华早报:“10年前,我与我们的高层坐下来,问如果阿里巴巴没有了我会怎么样?我很骄傲阿里巴巴现在的组织架构、企业文化、治理体系和源源不断的人才梯队,允许我走开而不至于带来破坏。

阿里巴巴(BABA)联合创始人、董事局主席马云今天迎来54岁生日。今年的这个生日之际对马云而言不同寻常,他将发布未来继承人的方案。

南华早报引述阿里巴巴发言人的话表示,马云仍然是该公司董事局主席,并将在相当长的一段时间内提供过渡计划。

北京时间9月7日,恒指周五低开后,即反身向上;在持续抛压下指数再次大幅下挫,盘中创出52周新低,午后指数跌幅逐步收窄,收复部分失地;全天盘中最低见26669点,最高报27196点。

截至收盘,恒指跌0.01%,报26973点;国企指数跌0.18%,报10559点;红筹指数涨0.85%,报4267点;大市成交1105.3亿港元。

沪港通资金流向方面,沪股通净流出0.05亿,港股通(沪)净流入11.97亿。

深港通资金流向方面,深股通净流出1.24亿,港股通(深)净流入3.65亿。

焦点股关注:

蓝筹股方面,银河娱乐(0027)跌3.79%,报52港元,领跌蓝筹;交通银行(3328)跌1.42%,报5.56港元;瑞声科技(2018)跌2.07%,报82.7港元。

消费股多数走好,截至收盘,华润啤酒(0291)涨2.48%,报33.1港元;康师傅(0322)涨0.15%,报13.3港元;高鑫零售(6808)涨3.19%,报9.07港元;周黑鸭(1458)涨3.17%,报4.55港元。

博彩股全面回落,永利澳门(1128)收跌3.63%,报19.12港元;澳博控股(0880)跌4.28%,报7.83港元;美高梅中国(2282)跌3.31%,报13.42港元;金沙中国(1928)跌3.22%,报34.55港元。

据彭博社消息,海底捞寻求通过香港IPO筹集高达9.63亿美元,IPO价格区间在14.80-17.80港元。

海底捞香港IPO从基石投资者获得3.75亿美元认购,占到IPO发行规模的40%。投资者包括高瓴、景林等。国际投资者表现出了极大的热情。国际配售已经超过20倍超额认购,海底捞也将主要选择长线基金参与其IPO,零售配售预计将获得至少超过50倍的超额认购。

海底捞作为十年以来香港市场第一个大型消费服务IPO,深受资本市场热捧。海底捞作为实体经济的代表,估值是一盘盘菜端出来的,一家家店的利润支撑起来的。消费服务属于极具防御型的行业选择。
2018年5月17日,海底捞在港交所提交上市申请,正式启动上市流程,高盛和招银国际担任主承销商。8月30日,海底捞正式通过港交所的聆讯。海底捞定于9月17日的美国时间进行IPO的定价,并将于9月26日正式在港交所上市。

 

 

中国A股

北京时间9月7日,周五两市双双高开,沪指盘初冲高,涨幅一度超1%,随后逐渐回落,11:00过后,科技、军工板块大幅跳水,沪指加速下跌,午后基建板块异动,带动沪指重返2700点,随后围绕平盘线展开窄幅震荡,

截止收盘,沪指报2702.30点,涨幅0.40%,成交1138.40亿元;深成指报8322.36点,跌幅0.02%,成交1582.06亿元。

从盘面来看,陕西煤业发布50亿回购案为A股近5年最大规模,封上涨停板,带动煤炭板块表现活跃,西安自贸区、宁夏、黄金、水泥、环保等板块涨幅居前,国产软件、5G、半导体、军工、养殖业等板块跌幅居前。

热点板块:

基建板块周五午后快速拉升,成都路桥(002628)直线涨停,山东路桥(000498)、北新路桥(002307)、四川路桥(600039)、西部创业(000557)、西藏天路(600326)、西部建设(002302)等个股均快速拉升。

煤炭板块周五全天表现活跃,个股纷纷飘红,陕西煤业涨超9%,宝泰隆(601011)、中国神华(601088)涨超4%,陕西黑猫(601015)、山煤国际(600546)、恒源煤电(600971)、露天煤业(002128)、郑州煤电(600121)等涨幅居前。
