美国股市

北京时间11日凌晨,美股周二大幅收高,各大板块普遍上扬。道指一度上涨超过530点。

截至收盘,道指涨428.90点,或1.79%,报24,408点;标普500指数涨43.71点,或1.67%,报2,656.87点;纳指涨143.96点,或2.07%,报7,094.30点。

中国领导人周二在博鳌亚洲论坛上的讲话显示了就贸易摩擦和解的意愿,安抚了市场对中美爆发贸易战的担忧。

中方博鳌论坛讲话带来市场乐观情绪。

中国领导人周二在博鳌亚洲论坛2018年会上表示,中国计划允许外国企业更大幅度的参与中国金融与制造业行业。他同时还谈及削减汽车进口关税、加强知识产权保护及其他一些措施。尽管许多措施都是此前曾经宣扬过的,但他的讲话没有使中美贸易摩擦升级,使得投资者感到高兴。

其中开放的新举措包括:
1. 大幅度放宽市场准入,放宽银行、证券、保险业外资股比限制措施确保落地,尽快放宽汽车行业外资股比限制;
2. 加强同国际经贸规则对接,增强透明度,强化产权保护;
3. 加强知识产权保护:重组国家知识产权局,把违法成本显著提上去
4. 主动扩大进口:降低汽车等产品进口税,增加进口百姓需要的特色优势产品,加快加入TWO《政府采购协定》进程。

讲话中还表示:“当今世界,和平合作的潮流滚滚向前。和平与发展是世界各国人民的共同心声,冷战思维、零和博弈愈发陈旧落伍,妄自尊大或独善其身只能四处碰壁。只有坚持和平发展、携手合作,才能真正实现共赢、多赢。”

传蚂蚁金服最新拟筹702亿估值将破万亿。全球最大“独角兽”蚂蚁金服估值传将突破万亿,外电引述消息指,蚂蚁金服拟扩大最新一轮融资集资规模,最新拟筹90亿美元(约702亿港元),较两个多月前的目标融资额大幅上调8成,事成后的估值将达1,500亿美元(约1.2万亿港元)。《华尔街 日报》引述消息指,以蚂蚁金服最新融资目标,最新估值较早前估计的再多50%至88%。若蚂蚁金服能取得1,000亿美元以上估值,市值将高于高盛、黑石、Paypal等大型金融集团。

美国对中国等六国冷拔机械管反倾销调查做出肯定性终裁。凤凰国际iMarkets讯 美国商务部宣布对来自中国、德国、印度、意大利、韩国和瑞士的冷拔机械管进口反倾销调查做出肯定性的最终裁决。美国将对部分冷拔机械管进口商收取用于支付关税的押金。去年11月,美国对中国等六国冷拔机械管产品发起反倾销调查。

Spotify上市一周:华尔街的“爱与恨”。全球最大的流媒体音乐服务商Spotify于4月3日在美国纽交所上市,至今刚好过去一周时间。Spotify上市既不发行新股也不寻求融资,更没有雇佣华尔街投行做承销商,而是采用直接上市的方式,无论是对于华尔街还是投资者,这只独角兽必然成为市场的焦点。一上市,Spotify就给了华尔街一个“下马威”:纽约证交所给Spotify的上市参考价格是132美元,在美股当天开盘后三小时开始交易后,其开盘价达165.90美元,涨幅约27%;随后回吐部分涨幅,但最终仍收涨13%,收报149.01美元。Spotify的开盘市值达到了296亿美元,比去年12月路 透社报出的190亿美元估值高出了100亿美元。有人担心,如果Spotify成功上市,那么华尔街的麻烦就大了。的确,Spotify直接上市的成本远比传统IPO的成本要少。

Facebook股价大涨4.5%。本周二,随着脸谱网创始人兼首席执行官马克.扎克伯格(Mark Zuckerberg) 出席国会举行的关于近期Cambridge Analytica数据泄露事件的听证会,并承诺将对脸谱网实施更严格的管理,脸谱网的股价迎来了近两年来的单日最大涨幅。

香港股市

4月10日消息,美股周一小幅收高。科技与金融板块领涨。市场对中美贸易摩擦升级的担忧情绪似乎趋缓,但美国政局的不确定性因素仍然使股市承压。昨日开盘,港股恒生指低开0.08%,之后在内需股、科网股、中资金融股等带动下涨幅不断扩大,截止收盘,恒生指数大涨1.65%,报30728.74点。

蓝筹股方面,瑞声科技涨7.16%,报148.2港元,领涨蓝筹。中国旺旺涨6.49%,报6.56港元;中国平安涨4.6%,报84.1港元;蒙牛乳业涨3.64%,报28.45港元。

中资保险股全线上涨,中国人民保险集团涨6.27%,报3.9港元;中国太平涨8.02%,报26.25港元;中国财险涨3.35%,报14.2港元;新华保险(601336)涨4.13%,报39.1港元。

内房股涨幅扩大,融创中国涨12.67%,报33.8港元;绿城中国涨5.16%,报11.42港元;合景泰富涨6.64%,报11.56港元;富力地产涨4.21%,报19.8港元。

日本和香港将互通金融系统。10日,日本央行表示,日本与香港将互通双方金融系统,实现即时结算涉及以双方货币计价的资产交易,这有望成为国际央行的创举。根据计划,日本央行与香港金管局将协助完成日本公债及港元的即时结算。这意味着日本金融机构能够透过央行系统,以日本公债作为担保品购买港元。该系统也为香港金融机构提供一个平台,投资短期过剩资金。日本央行发表声明称,两家央行将于4月1日起财年开始着手建设新系统,计划2021年春季之前完成。

中国股市

截至收盘,沪指上涨1.66%,报收3190.32点;深成指上涨1.05%,报收10765.62点;创业板下跌0.33%,报收1835.52点。

板块上看,钢铁、银行、煤炭、水泥等板块涨幅居前,海南、农业、军工、贸易港等板块跌幅居前。

个股方面,诚迈科技8连板,七一二7天6板,此前16天13板的万兴科技今日收跌6%,建设银行大涨6%。

周二大盘强势反弹可以从以下几个维度来理解:第一,重磅会议窗口期指数维稳预期升温,其二,韶钢松山为代表的钢铁股一季报继续交出超预期的业绩答卷,带动周期股集体反扑;其三,领导人发言强调未来中国将加大开放力度并承诺放宽金融和汽车等重要领域外资准入门槛,被市场解读为金融行业迎来利好,同时也有助于减轻中美未来贸易摩擦。
