港股

北京时间6月22日,美股周四收跌,周五早盘,恒指低开低走,盘初更是刷新今年新低,最低见29089.99点。早间尾盘,恒指一度翻红,国企指数跌幅收窄至0.15%。午后恒指企稳反弹,由跌转涨。

截至收盘,恒指涨0.15%,报29338.7点;国企指数跌0.22%,报11339.87点;红筹指数涨0.42%,报4418.22点。大市成交990.45亿港元。

沪港通资金流向方面,沪股通净流出1.05亿,港股通(沪)净流人暂为2.62亿。

深港通资金流向方面,深股通净流入3.33亿,港股通(深)净流入暂为4.55亿。

沪股通中资金流入最多的是杉杉股份(600884),净流入1.55亿。资金流出最多的中国平安(02318),净流出2.13亿。

深股通中资金流入最多的为风华高科(000636),净流入1.87亿。资金流出最多的神州长城(000018),净流出1.88亿。

宏观基本面:

香港特区政府统计发布的数据显示,2018年1至2月,香港零售业总销货价值的临时估计比2017年同期增长15.7%。

焦点股关注:

消费股集体走高,成为市况转差的避风港。恒安国际(01044)涨3.22%,领涨蓝筹;港铁公司(00066)涨3.21%,蒙牛乳业(02319)涨1.08%,中国旺旺(00151)涨0.68%。361度(01361)、莎莎国际(00178)等消费股走好。

中资金融股方面,保险、内银股大跌,券商股走高。其中,中国人寿(02628)跌0.71%,中国平安(02318)跌0.59%,中国银行(03988)跌0.51%,工商银行(01398)跌0.5%,建设银行(00939)跌0.54%;国泰君安(02611)涨2.3%,中金公司(03908)涨1.93%。

燃气股大涨,华润燃气(01193)一度涨近8%创历史新高,新奥能源(02688)7.36%,中油燃气(00636)。

小米:今日公开招股

6月23日上午,小米集团在香港召开全球发售新闻发布会,宣布将于今日(6月25日)正式启动公开招股,并于7月9日在港交所挂牌交易,成为港股首家采用“同股不同权”架构的上市公司。

在小米集团全球发售新闻发布会上,小米创始人雷军表示,小米是既能做硬件,又能做电商,也能做互联网的全能型企业。小米2017年营收为1146亿元,同比增长67.5%,未来还能看到10倍以上的成长空间。至于为什么招股书显示小米去年亏损严重的问题,他认为这是财务记账的原因,实际上小米去年净利润达到54亿元。

根据销售文件,小米集团将于6月25日至28日在香港公开招股,面向个人投资者发售1.09亿股,约占小米全球发售总量21.79亿股的5%,另外95%的股份将配售给机构投资者。IPO发售价区间为每股17港元至22港元,认购起步价为4444港元。小米将于6月29日定价,首个交易日为7月9日,股票代码是01810.HK。

美团:周五提交上市申请,保荐人为高盛等三家外资行

美团将于今日向港交所提交上市材料,也就是说,美团的上市材料最晚将于6月25日(本周一)出现在港交所。此次负责美团赴港IPO的保荐人全为外资行,分别是高盛、美林和摩根斯坦利。早在今年初,市场上关于美团老股交易的估值在330亿美元左右,但是今年4月美团收购摩拜单车时,换股时其估值一下拉升至390亿美元。

引彭博的消息称,美团2017年的净亏损高达190亿元,实际上这一数字是包括了“优先股公允价值”的调整前数字,其亏损数额的高低,与传统意义上的亏损大相径庭。

   

港股

截至北京时间6月23日凌晨,美股周五收盘涨跌不一,道指扭转此前连续8日下跌趋势。OPEC达成增产协议的消息推动能源板块普遍上扬。

截止收盘,道指涨119.19点,或0.49%,报24,580.89点;标普500指数涨5.12点,或0.19%,报2,754.88点;纳指跌20.14点,或0.26%,报7,692.82点。

但对国际贸易局势的担忧情绪仍然使本周美股走低。截至周五收盘,本周道指累计下跌2%,标普500指数下跌0.9%,纳指下跌0.7%。

宏观基本面:

投资者正在密切监控全球贸易局势的最新进展。市场担心美国与欧盟等主要贸易伙伴之间的贸 易摩擦升级,可能演变成为影响全球经济增长的重大障碍。欧盟表示,将从上周五开始对价值32亿美元的美国进口商品加征关税。

美国总统特朗普上周五在推特上表示,根据欧盟针对美国、针对美国企业和工人长久以来设置的关税和贸易障碍,我们将对所有从欧盟进口的汽车征收20%的关税,除非欧盟对美国的关税与贸易壁垒被很快移除。来美国造车吧!

焦点股观察:

Red Hat(RHT)股价收盘重挫14.23%,该公司在周四晚间公布了财报,同时发布了令人失望的业绩展望。

黑莓(BBRY)公司BlackBerry(BB)收盘大跌8.72%。该公司在周五公布财报称,受其高利润软件及服务业务推动,本财年第一季度(截至5月31日)营收和利润均好于分析师预期。黑莓在美国上市的股票价格在周五盘前交易中,每股上涨2.6%至11.89美元。

   

中国A股

北京时间6月22日,沪深两市早盘双双跳空低开,开盘两市无一板块飘红,沪指更是创下两年新低。随后沪指跌幅小幅收窄。随后三大股指震荡走高。午后,三大股指冲高回落,沪指由红翻绿。上午冲高的创蓝筹个股相继回落。尾盘,股指再度重拾升势,沪指再度冲高走强。个股虽然涨多跌少,资金做多意愿强烈。

截止收盘,沪指报2889.76,涨0.49%;深成指报9409.95,涨1.00%。

盘面上,各大板块全线飘绿,种植业与林业、银行、机场航运、医药商业、煤炭、养殖业等板块表现稍微弱势。通信服务、造纸、通信设备、非汽车交运等板块跌幅超过9%。

个股方面,两市超过3100股飘绿,其中跌停个股数接近1000只。

宏观基本面:

央行:定向降准,释放7000亿

为进一步推进市场化法治化“债转股”,加大对小微企业的支持力度,中国人民银行决定,从2018年7月5日起,下调国有大型商业银行、股份制商业银行、邮政储蓄银行、城市商业银行、非县域农村商业银行、外资银行人民币存款准备金率0.5个百分点。

鼓励5家国有大型商业银行和12家股份制商业银行运用定向降准和从市场上募集的资金,按照市场化定价原则实施“债转股”项目。支持“债转股”实施主体真正行使股东权利,参与公司治理,并推动混合所有制改革。定向降准资金不支持“名股实债”和“僵尸企业”的项目。同时,邮政储蓄银行和城市商业银行、非县域农商行等中小银行应将降准资金主要用于小微企业贷款,着力缓解小微企业融资难融资贵问题。

人民银行将继续按照党中央、国务院的统一部署,实施好稳健中性的货币政策,把握好结构性去杠杆的力度和节奏,为高质量发展和供给侧结构性改革营造适宜的货币金融环境。

另外根据中国人民银行就本次定向降准答记者问的内容,本次降准一共会释放7000亿的资金,其中5000亿给了大中型商业银行,2000亿给了小型银行包括邮储、农商银行等。前者主要用于支持“债转股”,后者用于支持小微企业。
