截至北京时间11月14日凌晨,美股周二收跌,主要股指未能在昨日重挫后站稳脚跟。道指连续第三个交易日走低,三日累计下跌逾900点。原油再度下挫,令人担忧全球经济增前景。投资者正在评估财报与国际贸易领域的新进展。

截止收盘,道指跌100.69点,或0.4%,报25286.49点;标普500指数跌4.04点,或0.15%,报2722.18点;纳指涨0.01点,报7200.88点。

道指已连续三个交易日下跌,三日累计下跌904.73点。

油价继续走低,美国WTI原油期货周二收盘下跌超过7%,收于一年来的最低水平,并录得连续第12个交易日下跌,创历史最长连续下跌时间纪录。伦敦布伦特原油重挫6.6%,正式陷入熊市区域。

受油价暴跌影响,能源板块成为今日表现最差的板块。

宏观基本面:

原油价格走势备受关注。周一美国WTI原油期货价格录得连续第11个交易日下跌,创历史最长连续下跌纪录。特朗普周一在推特(32.49, 0.48, 1.50%)上表示,他希望原油输出国组织(OPEC)不要用减产的方式提高油价。他表示,“从供应状况来看,油价应该低得多!”

原油期货价格周二遭遇重挫,美国WTI期货暴跌7.1%,伦敦布伦特原油重挫6.6%。

原油价格下跌一直是投资者关注的焦点问题。一些投资者担心:最近油价陷入熊市可能是全球经济扩张放缓的迹象。

沙特能源部长法利赫(Khalid al-Falih)周二表示,OPEC一致同意将明年的原油产量在10月产量的基础上削减大约100万桶/日。

焦点股关注:

道指成份股家得宝(HD)小幅收跌。该公司宣布业绩超出预期,并上调了业绩指引。

苹果(AAPL)收盘下跌1%。该股昨日重挫5%,拖累半导体板块普遍下跌。苹果公司的供货商Lumentum周一下调了业绩预期,并表示已收到一个大客户“大幅削减3D感应二极管”订单的要求,而市场普遍认为这个大客户指的就是苹果。

亚马逊(AMZN)收跌0.35%。据《华尔街日报》援引知情人士透露,纽约和北弗吉尼亚将成为亚马逊第二总部所在地。亚马逊曾经表示,新总部大约会容纳5万个岗位,投资数十亿美元。

高盛(GS)收跌0.49%。据媒体报道,马来西亚总理表示,不排除禁止该投行在马来西亚开展业务的可能性。同时,政府将要求高盛全额退还一马发展协议期内支付的全部费用及相关损失。

特斯拉(TSLA)收高2.25%。据当地媒体报道,特斯拉又准备在Lathrop修建一座新的巨型建筑。目前还不清楚新的建筑将作何用途,但有人猜测可能是一个巨大的配送中心。

泰森食品公司(TSN)收跌5.58%,此前该公司宣布第四财季营收低于预期,并发布了疲软的业绩指引。

江森自控(JCI)股价攀升,该公司宣布将以132亿美元现金交易方式向Brookfield Business Partners出售麾下电力解决方案业务部门。

百度(BIDU)违规搭建网络传输通道被处罚。北京市通信管理局发布消息称,日前在一场清理规范互联网网络接入服务市场专项行动中,共约谈处理企业37家,并对百度公司进行了行政处罚。

人人公司(RENN): 以2000万美元的对价出售人人社交网络的所有资产

人人公司(RENN)今日宣布其子公司北京千橡网景科技发展有限公司已同意将其所从事业务中的人人网社交平台业务相关资产以2,000万美元的现金对价出售予北京多牛互动传媒股份有限公司。
此外,作为上述资产出售对价的一部分,Infinities Technology (Cayman) Holding Limited,一家专为作为买方母公司而设立的开曼公司,同意按照双方认可的7亿美元买方母公司估值向人人公司发行相当于4,000 万美元的股份。 

   

港股

北京时间11月13日,周一美股全面受压,欧洲股市也有所下跌;周二,港股恒生指数低开高走,午后更是翻红走高。

截止收盘,恒指涨0.62%,报25792.87点;国企指数涨0.37%,报10478.71点;红筹指数涨0.62%,报4232.14点。

沪港通资金流向方面,沪股通净流入9.51亿,港股通(沪)净流入7.73亿。

深港通资金流向方面,深股通净流入4.81亿,港股通(深)净流入2.41亿。

热点板块:

消费股集体走高,其中,吉利汽车(0175)涨4.72%,银河娱乐(0027)涨3.16%,蒙牛乳业(2319)涨2.92%,恒安国际(1044)涨2.4%。

三桶油走低,中海油(0883)大跌3.06%,中石化涨0.33%,中石油跌1.34%。

苹果由于供应商传出削减订单量的消息,超跌5.4%,市值9214亿美元,万亿美元也成明日黄花。今日手机设备股走势分化。其中,瑞声科技(2018)涨0.19%,舜宇光学涨2.85%,富智康跌5%,丘钛科技(1478)跌3.46%。

腾讯控股(0700)跌后反弹1.4%,报价274.4港元。新华社昨深夜出稿,国家网信办亮剑自媒体乱象,依法严管将成为常态,指近期网信办会同有关部门,针对自媒体账号存在的一系列乱象问题,开展了集中清理整治专项行动。不过,腾讯明日即将放榜,今日腾讯午后走高,内资开始流入,不排除内资憧憬腾讯业绩可能。
 

 

中国A股

北京时间11月13日,周二两市低开高走,热点不断被激活,股指持续拉升,沪指盘中涨超1.3%,创业板指涨超2.3%,两市超130多只个股涨停,仅300多只个股飘绿。

截止收盘,沪指报2654.88点,涨幅0.93%,深成指报7963.66点,涨幅1.68%;两市周二显著放量,其中,创业板指成交8729万手,创历史新高。

从盘面上看,题材权重全线走强,电子竞技、传媒、券商、壳资源、期货、ST等板块涨幅居前,两桶油、量子通信、高送转、次新股等板块涨幅较窄。

宏观基本面:

中国10月末调查失业率维持于4.9%。

热点板块:

券商股午后持续拉升,锦龙股份(000712)、太平洋(2.930, 0.24, 8.92%)涨停,第一创业(002797)涨超9%,国海证券(000750)、南京证券(601990)、天风证券(601162)、国投资本(600061)、华鑫股份(600621)等个股集体拉升。

壳资源概念股今日再度暴涨,亚星化学(600319)、亚太实业(000691)、大连电瓷(002606)、德美化工(002054)、恒立实业、青海华鼎(600243)等近10股涨停,九有股份(600462)、波导股份(600130)等涨幅居前。
