美国股市

截至北京时间5月16日凌晨,美股周二收跌,道指结束此前连续8个交易日上涨的行情。美元走强、美国10年期国债收益率创2011年以来新高,令股市承压。

截止收盘,道指跌193点,或0.78%,报24,706.41点;标普500指数跌18.68点,或0.68%,报2,711.45点;纳指跌59.69点,或0.81%,报7,351.63点。

周二早间公布的经济数据表明美国4月零售收入增长0.3%、纽约地区制造业指数攀升。零售销售数据公布后,美国10年期国债收益率一度攀升至3.06%,创2011年以来新高。ICE美元指数大涨近0.8%,报93.28点。受美元上涨以及国债收益率攀升影响,黄金期货价格重挫近28美元,跌破1300美元/盎司。有投资美国美国长期国债的客户,欢迎向辉立进行咨询。

个股财报解读:

唯品会:利润未达预期,盘内最大跌幅超20%

北京时间5月15日,在美股上市的电商平台唯品会发布了其未经审计的2018年第一季度财务报告。财报显示,第一季度净营收总额为199亿元人民币(合32亿美元)比去年同期的160亿元,增长24.6%。连续七个季度的增速放缓。

唯品会第一季度每股收益将达0.18美元。财报显示,不按照美国通用会计准则,唯品会第一季度每股美国存托凭证摊薄收益为人民币1.05元(约合0.17美元),未达预期。第一季度归属于唯品会股东的净利润为人民币5.297亿元(约合8450万美元),比去年同期的人民币5.519亿元下降4%,连续四个季度负增长。
流量方面,在截至2018年3月31日的过去12个月时间里,唯品会的活跃用户人数为5660万人,相比之下去年同期为5550万人,增速放缓。

下季度预测:唯品会2018财年第二季度总净营收为人民币205亿元到人民币213亿元,所代表的同比增长率约为17%到22%。这一预期反映了唯品会基于市场和运营状况而作出的当前和的初步预期,未来可能有所改变。

股票方面,唯品会发布上述财报后股价大跌,盘内最大跌幅高达20.84%。截止收盘,唯品会跌19.95%,报12.08美元。

凤凰新媒体:亏损扩大,好于预期,市场反应良好

北京时间5月15日,凤凰新媒体发布了截至3月31日的2018财年第一季度财报。报告显示,基于新采用的ASC606会计标准,凤凰新媒体第一季度总营收为人民币2.844亿元(约合4530万美元),与去年同期的人民币2.945亿元相比下降3.4%;净亏损为人民币5750万元(约合920万美元),相比之下去年同期的净亏损为人民币3220万元;不按照美国通用会计准则,净亏损为人民币5170万元(约合820万美元),相比之下去年同期的净亏损为人民币2320万元。

凤凰新媒体第一季度总运营支出为人民币2.140亿元(约合3410万美元),比去年同期的人民币1.720亿元增长24.4%,主要由于移动流量获取支出增长。凤凰新媒体第一季度总运营支出中计入了人民币320万元(约合50万美元)的股权奖励支出,相比之下去年同期总运营支出中计入了人民币660万元的股权奖励支出。

另外,华尔街1位分析师预计,不按照美国通用会计准则,凤凰新媒体第一财季每股亏损为0.12美元。财报显示,不按照美国通用会计准则,凤凰新媒体第一季度调整后每股美国存托凭证摊薄亏损为人民币0.71元(约合0.11美元),略好于预期。

股票方面,由于移动流量增长达到公司与市场预期,尽管亏损扩大,市场仍看好凤凰新媒体。截止收盘,凤凰新媒体股价涨16.23%,领跑中概股,报4.87美元。

香港股市

北京时间5月15日,5月15日消息,美股周一收高,道指录得连续第8个交易日上涨。中美贸易关系出现解冻迹象,令市场对贸易战的担忧情绪趋于缓和。MSCI今日清晨公布234只入围MSCI新兴市场指数的A股名单,包括茅台等重磅白马股,6月1日生效,分析员预期初期有180多亿美元外资相应流入。

今日开盘,港股恒生指数(31152.03, -389.05, -1.23%)高开0.1%,但之后迅速跳水跌逾1%,午后维持震荡,截止收盘,恒生指数跌1.23%。报31152.03点。国企指数跌0.83%,报12440.75点。红筹指数跌0.54%,报4642.88点。大市成交1052.06亿港元。

沪港通资金流向方面,沪股通净流入15.67亿,港股通(沪)净流出为5.49亿。
深港通资金流向方面,深股通净流入22.41亿,港股通(深)净流入为2.29亿。

中国铁塔:申请香港IPO ,融资额或达100亿美元

中国铁塔公司申请在香港进行首次公开募股(IPO),规模可能追平2010年以来香港最大一桩上市交易。尽管中国铁塔在标注日期为周一的文件中未披露融资目标和IPO拟定的时间,但知情人士去年6月曾表示,IPO规模可能达到约100亿美元。该公司去年实现利润19亿元人民币(2.99亿美元)。根据周一的文件,中金和高盛担任中国铁塔IPO计划的联席保荐人。

据悉,中国铁塔公司主要股东为中国移动、中国联通、中国电信和中国国新等。此次IPO预计集资近百亿美元。资产总值3,226亿元人民币。租户数目,更是全球首位。

中国股市

北京时间5月15日,早盘两市跌涨不一,受MSCI将234只A股纳入MSCI全球市场指数的消息影响,沪指小幅震荡上行;早盘汽车、国产软件等题材概念股表现不俗。临近上午收盘,三大股指指数冲高回落,整体市场题材概念轮动迅速,市场人气不高,资金避险情绪提升。午后,沪指在平盘线以下窄幅震荡,创业板指数震荡走高。尾盘,三大股指放量反弹,总体市场氛围有所回暖,随着加之食品、啤酒板块逐渐拉升,资金较为青睐大消费品种,创业板盘中大涨超1%。截止收盘,沪指报3192.12点,张0.57%;深成指报10747.99点,涨0.72%;创业板指报1858.01点,涨1.48%。

从盘面上,食品加工、啤酒、国产软件等板块涨幅居前;黄金、石油开采、机场航运等板块跌幅居前。
