美股

截至北京时间6月30日凌晨,美股周五收高,耐克(NKE)股价创历史新高。能源与银行板块普遍上扬。在通过美联储压力测试后,几大银行宣布了向股东返还资金的计划。

截止收盘,道指涨55.36点,或0.23%,报24,271.41点;标普500指数涨2.06点,或0.08%,报2,718.37点;纳指涨6.62点,或0.09%,报7,510.3点。

大盘总结:

上周五是美股在上周、6月份、二季度以及上半年的最后一个交易日。在经历艰难的一周后,上周五美股收获了积极的结局。上周早期,对全球贸易关系紧张的担忧情绪令美股遭遇压力。

标普500指数的11大组成板块当中,有8个板块收高。受到油价大涨推动,原油生产商普遍收高。金融板块同样普涨,此前一些大银行在通过美联储的压力测试后纷纷宣布了向股东返还资金的计划。

主要受到有关全球贸易政策的相关消息影响,最近以来美股表现跌宕起伏。但主要股指仍然维持在几个月以来的狭窄交易区间内。

截至上周五收盘,本周道指累计下跌1.2%,标普500指数下跌1.3%,纳指下跌2.4%。

在6月份,道指累计下跌0.6%,标普500指数上涨0.5%,纳指上涨0.9%。

整个第二季度内,美股三大股指悉数收高,其中道指累计上涨0.7%,标普500指数上涨2.9%,纳指收高6.3%。

在今年上半年,道指下跌1.8%,标普500指数上涨1.7%,纳指上涨8.8%。

宏观基本面:

消费者信心指数报98.2,与前月基本持平,预估为99;初值为99.3。

预期指数从5月份的89.1下降至86.3,触及五个月低点。

当前经济状况指数从5月份的111.8上涨至116.5。

来年通胀预期上升至3%,达到2015年3月以来最高水平,前月为2.8%,初值为2.9%。

   

港股

北京时间6月29日,今日早盘,恒指低开高走,三大股指集体涨超1%。午后恒指涨幅进一步扩大,一度高见28962.29点。

截至收盘,恒指涨1.61%,报28955.11点;国企指数涨1.88%,报11073点;红筹指数涨2.85%,报4376.51点。今日为港股月结,季结及半年结日,恒指指数月跌4.97%,半年跌3.22%。

沪港通、深港通6月29日暂停。香港将于7月2日(周一)因香港特别行政区成立纪念翌日休市一天,沪股通、深股通、港股通关闭交易,7月3日恢复交易。

截至港股收盘,港股通(沪)净流入6.87亿,港股通(深)净流入19.6亿。

宏观基本面:

香港行政长官林郑月娥:香港将推出新的住房政策;政府目标是增加住房供给;香港今年将提供5,000套资助房屋单位。

小米:IPO定价17港元/股 ,位于17至22港元招股区间低端

小米在香港的IPO发行价,最终定在了价格区间的下限:17港元/股。小米此前给出的招股价范围是17至22港元。

小米这次香港IPO全球发售股份数为21.8亿股,由此计算,小米融资额亦进一步缩减至约371亿港元。按照此前投行人士对小米估值的计算区间,小米估值仅为539亿美元,低于早期700亿美元左右的估值预期。

其中高瓴资本认购6亿美元,美国资本集团认购5亿美元,此外还有市场消息指,“金融大鳄”索罗斯(George Soros )旗下一家基金亦认购了少量小米股份,这些机构合计认购额远超顺丰、中国移动、招商局等7名基石投资者约5.48亿美元的认购额。

   

中国A股

北京时间6月29日,在本周经历持续探底的极端行情后,6月最后一个交易日两市双双迎来强势反弹,一扫此前几个交易日的阴霾,题材股全线爆发。沪指本月跌8.01%,今年上半年跌13.90%。

上周五午后,药明康德封涨停。监管打压高送转炒作难挡资金热情,三联虹普再涨停,收获四连板。半年报业绩披露的第一枪已经打响,拔得头筹的九华旅游一字板。

截止收盘,沪指报2847.42点,涨幅2.17%,深成指报9379.47点,涨幅3.39%。

从盘面上,仅少数板块飘红,公交、券商、石油、高送转板块涨幅居前,养殖业、物流、军工、银行、家电等板块跌幅居前。

热点板块:

1. 计算机应用板块上周五午后上攻,板块整体张超5%,迪威迅、创意信息、卫宁健康、中国软件、真视通、深信服、金桥信息、三联虹普涨停,浪潮软件、天夏智慧涨超8%。

2. 芯片概念股表现活跃,晓程科技、北方华创、国科微、兆日科技、紫光国微、盈方微涨停,扬杰科技、圣邦股份、江丰电子等均大涨超8%。

宏观基本面:

国家统计局:6月制造业PMI仍处扩张区间 ,制造业投资望再反弹

7月1日国家统计局公布数据显示,6月,中国制造业采购经理指数(PMI)为51.5%,比上月回落0.4个百分点,继续高于临界点。制造业PMI继续处于扩张区间,非制造业PMI连续4个月稳步上升,经济仍保持韧性。

国家统计局服务业调查中心高级统计师赵庆河表示:制造业基本面总体向好,生产和需求总体稳步增长,进出口景气度有所回落,价格指数继续上行。

个税修正案提出在2019年1月1日施行,但在施行前,自2018年10月1日至2018年12月31日,纳税人的工资、薪金所得,先行以每月收入额减除费用五千元后的余额为应纳税所得额,并按照新的税率表来计算纳税款。这意味着个税减税红包有望在10月1日起施行。
