中国财政部发布集成电路设计和软件产业企业所得税优惠政策,板块涨幅较大

美股

北京时间5月23日凌晨,美股周三收跌,道指下跌约100点,高通领跌科技股。美联储纪要认为经济状况好转,但在“一段时间内”不会调整货币政策。联储官员承诺将继续坚持“耐心”的立场。

截至收盘,道指跌100.72点,或0.39%,报25776.61点;标普500指数跌8.09点,或0.28%,报2856.27点;纳指跌34.88点,或0.45%,报7750.84点。

美联储联邦公开市场委员会(FOMC)周三午后公布了4月30日至5月1日货币政策会议纪要。在上次货币会议上,美联储维持联邦基金利率2.25%-2.50%不变,下调超额存款准备金利率5个基点至2.35%,符合市场预期。

FOMC货币政策会议纪要显示,美联储官员在这次会议上仍坚持“耐心”的政策立场,称利率可能在未来很长一段时间内保持不变。

FOMC会议纪要还显示,官员们上调了对全年经济增长的预期,并表示他们此前对经济放缓的担忧有所缓解。尽管他们普遍持乐观态度,但该委员会在利率问题上坚持耐心立场,使得美联储在采取任何进一步举措之前能够观察事态的发展,主要理由是通胀压力的缺乏。

焦点股关注:

芯片生产商高通(QCOM)收盘重挫10.9%。据报道,美国联邦法院裁定该公司违反了反垄断法。高通随后发布声明称,将寻求立即中止联邦地区法院判决的执行,并将立即向美国第9巡回上诉法院提起上诉。

高通执行副总裁、总法律顾问唐-罗森博格表示:“我们对法官的判决、她对事实的解读以及她对法律的运用表示强烈反对。”

房屋装修产品零售商劳氏(LOW)重挫11.9%。此前该公司公布的财报令人失望。其竞争对手道指成份股家得宝(188.91, -2.54, -1.33%)(HD)收跌1.1%。

零售商Target(TGT)收高1.8%,此前该公司宣布销售收入超出预期。其第一季度同店销售增长4.8%。

百度(BIDU)收跌1.7%。据报道,百度和中信的合资企业百信银行寻求最高10亿美元的融资。

特斯拉(TSLA)收跌6%。该公司CEO马斯克以不到当前股价1/3的价格行使期权。

沃尔玛(WMT)收高1%。该公司将在美40个城市推免费“次日达”服务。

波音(BA)收跌1.7%。该公司回应中国三大航空公司停飞索赔,称“不透露与客户的讨论。”

 

   

港股

北京时间5月22日,美股终结两连跌,芯片股、科技股普遍造好;5月21日,任正非在华为总部对话央视、新浪科技等媒体,直面热点问题。周三早盘,恒指高开,此后走势反复。

截至收盘,港股恒生指数(27322.97, -382.97, -1.38%)涨0.18%,报27705.94点;国企指数跌0.28%,报10604.55点;红筹指数涨0.01%,报4302.33点。

热点板块:

金沙中国大涨近3%,领涨蓝筹。

太古地产涨3.3%,中华汽车涨13%。太古地产公布,向Jacko Rise Pte.出售英皇道625号50%权益,总代价23.76亿港元。按法定基准计算,太古地产预计可录得9.65亿元出售收益,太古公司获利7.91亿元。余下50%权益由中华汽车持有,并会向买方出售,两项交易须同时完成。

稀土概念昨日暴涨,今日在香港低开,其中,中国稀土跌27%,星宇控股跌4.5%。

中金公司涨1.47%。科创板首张“保代罚单”落在被誉为“贵族投行”的中金公司!因两名科创板IPO项目保荐代表人擅自多处修改了招股说明书中有关经营数据、业务与技术、管理层分析等信息披露数据和内容,并由此同步多处修改了上交所问询问题中引述的招股说明书相关内容,被上交所予以通报批评,而证监会同步向上述二人出具警示函。

 

中国A股

北京时间5月22日,周三两市微幅低开,早盘汽车整车板块杀跌,三大股指纷纷跟跌,盘中5G、农业股走强,各大股指全线拉升并一度翻红,随后行业板块相继走低,稀土永磁板块午后跳水,各大股指一路下行,沪指失守2900点整数关口,创指一度大跌逾1%,尾盘科技股、海南板块全面爆发,两市股指均有不同程度反弹,但个股依旧跌多涨少,市场人气相对低迷,整体上各大股指全天维持宽幅震荡走势,沪深两市合计成交额不足5000亿元。

截至收盘,沪指报2891.70点,跌0.49%,深成指报9041.22点,跌0.51%。

从盘面来看,国产操作系统、海南、农业种植居板块涨幅榜前列,稀土永磁、汽车整车、水利居板块跌幅榜前列。

热点板块:

国产操作系统板块上演涨停潮,全天领涨两市,恒宝股份、创意信息、波导股份、达华智能、启明信息、东土科技、网达科技、中国软件、佳创视讯、联络互动、诚迈科技、北信源(5.690, 0.27, 4.98%)等个股涨停。

农业种植板块再度走强,表现活跃,敦煌种业、丰乐种业涨停,农发种业、登海种业、海南橡胶、万向德农、苏垦农发、隆平高科、新农开发等个股均有不同程度上涨。

海南板块尾盘崛起,板块内多只个股涨停,海南瑞泽、大东海A、览海投资、罗牛山、海航创新 涨停,海南高速、海峡股份、双成药业、欣龙控股等个股均有不俗表现。

财政部发布集成电路设计和软件产业企业所得税政策

财政部5月22日最新发布集成电路设计和软件产业企业所得税政策,宣布自2018年12月31日计算优惠期,前两年免征,随后三年减半征收企业所得税。

财政部这一举措,是5月8日国常会明确延续集成电路设计和软件产业企业优惠措施表态之后的具体落实,是对国内集成电路设计和软件产业企业的又一重大利好。从市场相关板块来看,国产软件和半导体行业的上市企业股价当日表现积极,取得不错涨幅。

更值得关注的是政策出台的国际背景。在早间市场传出,美国政府正考虑将5家中国监控设备企业列入与华为类似的“黑名单”之际,市场高度关注,而且日本对中国半导体电子零部件的出口已经开始大幅缩水。根据5月22日,日本财务省发布的贸易统计显示,4月份,日本对华半导体等电子零部件出口减少21.5%,半导体等制造设备减少41%。

显然,在外围局势出现“急刹车”的情况下,财政部发布集成电路设计和软件产业企业所得税政策,明确前两年免征,随后三年减半征收企业所得税,对于稳定市场预期,增强企业信心,给企业“打气鼓劲”意图明显。与此同时,5月份以来,各个地方政府也在密集推动关于AI(人工智能)等国产软件行业、集成电路等行业的支持配套措施,加大资金扶持力度和政策配套建设。

在对于政策反映最为敏感的资本市场上,资金对于政策利好推动下半导体和软件板块逆势出现较大幅度上涨,北京君正直线封板,康强电子、东土科技、波导科技等纷纷急速攀升涨停。而国产软件方面,中国软件、湘邮科技等也出现强势上涨。
