Yes. You can withdraw your money anytime. However, please note that in order to be eligible for this promotion, you need to fulfill the 30 days holding period requirement. Beyond this promotion, customers can still utilise SMART Park to earn returns on your idle cash!
Upon first deposit, customers will have 7 days to complete all deposits to participate in this promotion. After 7 days, the 30 days holding period will begin. Upon fulfilling this, customers will receive the additional 1.5% p.a. bonus return.

Method 1:
To view the returns earned, please head to www.poems.com.sg to login using your POEMS Account. Head to Acct Mgmt > Stocks > Transaction History > “Summary of Portfolio” section > “MMF” row.
Method 2:
You may also view your returns via the Phillip MyWealth app. At the login page, for platform select “www.poems.com.sg” from the drop-down list. Enter your POEMS Account details to login. Select SMART Series tab > SMART Park.
Terms & Conditions
1. This promotion period is valid from 17 April 2023 (1200 hrs) to 16 June 2023 (2359 hrs), both dates inclusive.
2. Customers must opt into Excess Fund Management Facility (SMART Park) and fund a minimum of S$100 into their POEMS account. Upon first deposit, customers will have 7 days to fund the entire amount to participate in this promotion. After 7 days, the 30-day holding period will begin. Upon fulfilling this, customers will receive a one-time additional 1.5% p.a. bonus return on the funded amount (min S$100, capped at S$10,000), on top of SMART Park returns.
3. *Holding Period: Period to keep funds in the account with no withdrawal of funds during this period
4. Qualifying account types:
4a. New Customers (users who register for a POEMS Account for the first time, and have not yet held any POEMS Accounts previously) during the promotion period.
4b.Existing Customers who opt-in during the promotion period.
4c. Applicable to individual Cash Plus, Cash Management, Prepaid, Custodian, Margin accounts.
5. Payout of 1.5% p.a. bonus return is capped at S$10,000 of deposit per Customer.
6. Payout of 1.5% p.a. bonus will be paid within 30 days upon fulfillment of the holding period.
7. The deposit has to be a fresh fund. Fresh funds refers to cash transferred from a bank account (this does not include funds transferred from Phillip Accounts, internal transfers, and sales proceeds).
8. Only the net balance of deposits at the end of the 30-day holding period will be eligible for the 1.5% p.a. payout. Any withdrawal or settlement using the deposited funds during the holding period will be excluded from the calculation.
9. The 1.5% p.a. bonus return only applies to SGD deposits received as per point 2 and will be calculated based on the 30-day holding period.
10. All fresh funds have to be deposited by 16 June 2023 to be eligible for this promotion.
11. Customers must be at least 18 years of age and not a US Person (an individual who is a US Citizen or US resident).
12. Each Customer is only eligible for one bonus returns reward.
13. In the event of a dispute over the Customer’s eligibility to participate in this promotion, PSPL’s decision is final.
14. Notwithstanding anything herein contained, PSPL reserves the right at any time in its absolute discretion to
(i) amend, add and/or delete these Terms and Conditions without prior notification (including eligibility; replacement of the reward; promotional mechanics, promotion duration without prior notification, qualifying terms and criteria), and all participants shall be bound by such amendments, additions and / or deletions when effected, or
(ii) vary, withdraw, or cancel any items or the promotion without having to disclose a reason thereof and without any compensation or payment whatsoever. PSPL’s decision on all matters relating to the promotion shall be final and binding on all participants.
15.The following persons are not eligible to participate in those promotions unless approved by the management of Phillip Securities Pte Ltd (“PSPL”):
i) PSPL institutional Customers and corporate Customers
ii) PSPL Account holders whose Accounts have been suspended, cancelled or terminated
iii) All employees and representatives of PSPL and its associated entities; PSPL and all its subsidiaries
iv) Joint Account holders
v) Clients who engage the services of a representative from an external provider (B2B)
16. By taking part in this campaign, the participant acknowledges that he / she has read and consented to these Terms & Conditions.
