截至北京时间9月1日凌晨,美股周五收盘涨跌不一。备受关注的美加贸易谈判无果而终,双方下周将继续进行磋商。美股在8月份强劲上扬,月内道指、标普500指数与纳指累计涨幅分别为2.2%、3%和5.7%。

截止收盘,道指跌22.10点,或0.09%,报25,964.82点;标普500指数涨0.39点,或0.01%,报2,901.52点;纳指涨21.17点,或0.26%,报8,109.54点。

本周一是美国的劳工节假日,美股市场将会休市。

宏观基本面:

美加会谈,双方未能达成一致

国际贸易关系仍是市场焦点。备受关注的美加贸易谈判已经结束,在特朗普政府设定的星期五最后期限前,双方未能达成一致。

加拿大外交部长Chrystia Freeland在举行美加贸易谈判的美国贸易代表办公室门外对记者们表示:“今天上午,加拿大及美国代表团都做出了很大努力。协议尚未达成。”她表示不会随便达成一个协议,“最后我们只会签署有利于加拿大的协议。”

美国8月芝加哥采购经理人指数(PMI)为63.6,预期63,前值65.5。

焦点股关注:

可口可乐(44.57, -0.38, -0.85%)(KO)收跌0.85%。该公司宣布将以51亿美元价格从Whitbread PLC(WTB)收购英国咖啡连锁店企业Costa。

Lululemon Athletica(LULU)收高13.09%。周四晚间宣布第二财季盈利超出预期,并且上调了全年业绩预期。该股在2018年表现强劲,截至周四收盘已上涨超过70%。

American Outdoor Brands(AOBC)股价飙升43.60%,该公司在周四收盘后宣布业绩超出预期。AOBC是军械生产商史密斯威森(Smith & Wesson)的母公司。

Big Lots(BIG)收盘下跌10.05%,此前该公司公布了业绩并发布了业绩展望。

英语流利说:尚未盈利, 拟赴美上市

美国时间8月31日下午,英语流利说向美国证券交易委员会提交了F-1招股说明书,股票代码为“LAIX”,拟通过首次公开募股募集最多1亿美元资金。据招股书披露,英语流利说尚未实现盈利。它也成为继51Talk和朴新教育后又一家亏损上市的教育机构。

据公开资料显示,英语流利说于2012年在上海成立,主要定位为一家创造和提供产品及服务以推广英语学习的公司。

流利说目前的主要产品是“英语流利说”App,其主要的变现产品是基于流利说App的定制化AI交互课程“懂你英语”。

2016年,英语流利说开始从免费提供服务转为商业化运作,截至2018年上半年,英语流利说的付费用户达到101.6万人。

去年7月,英语流利说与好未来教育集团达成战略合作,英语流利说成为好未来旗下产品英语口语评测技术的合作伙伴。据悉,好未来旗下学而思英语、励步英语等业务已采用英语流利说提供的英语语音评测技术。

财务方面,英语流利说2016年收入1230万元,2017年1.656亿元。2018年上半年,流利说收入2.323亿元,去年同期为4010万元。

流利说月活跃用户也有同样的趋势。2016年为200万,2017年为440万,2018年上半年,流利说月活跃用户增长到720万。

虽然市场规模在不断扩大,但是英语流利说尚未摆脱亏损的处境。招股书中提及,英语流利说2016年净亏损8920万元,2017年净亏损2.428亿元,2018年上半年净亏损1.823亿元。

北京时间8月31日,恒指周五大幅低开后,在买盘推动下顽强向上,大盘收复部分失地,临近收盘再度走弱;周五全天盘中最低见27720点,最高报27962点。
截至收盘,恒指跌0.98%,报27888点;国企指数跌0.84%,报10875点;红筹指数跌0.43%,报4316点;大市成交1080.9亿港元。

沪港通资金流向方面,沪股通净流入29.07亿,港股通(沪)净流入为6.41亿。

深港通资金流向方面,深股通净流入13.03亿,港股通(深)净流入为4.5亿。

焦点股关注:

蓝筹股方面,中国石油股份(0857)跌3.79%,报5.84港元;蒙牛乳业(2319)跌2.79%,报22.65港元;香港交易所(0388)跌2.1%,报223.4港元;万洲国际(0288)跌1.33%,报5.92港元。

中资保险股全面走低,截至收盘,中国平安(2318)跌0.85%,报75.6港元;中国太保(2601)跌1.68%,中国太平(0966)跌5.32%,中国人寿(2628)跌2.31%,新华保险(1336)跌1.93%。

内地汽车制造股继续回升,截至收盘,华晨中国(1114)涨2.81%,报12.44港元;北京汽车(1958)涨1.69%,报6.6港元;东风集团股份(0489)涨4.16%,报8.77港元;广汽集团(2238)涨1.91%,报8.52港元。

内房股整体走势较好,龙湖集团(0960)收涨1.63%,报21.8港元;万科企业(2202)涨3.23%,报27.2港元;中国恒大(3333)涨2.36%,报28.15港元;融创中国(1918)报25.7港元,与昨日收盘价持平;碧桂园(2007)跌1.18%,报11.68港元。

美团点评:计划以每股60港元至72港元发行股份

据彭博消息,中国食品外卖巨头美团点评计划在香港首次公开募股中融资至多45亿美元。

知情人士表示,该公司计划以每股60港元至72港元发行股份。知情人士以消息未公开为由而要求匿名。知情人士称,此次发行吸引了包括腾讯控股在内的五家基石投资者,总共投资15亿美元。

 

 

中国A股

北京时间8月31日,周五两市低开后一路震荡下行,沪指一度跌近1%,再次考验2700点整数关口,创业板指跌幅逾1.5%,月线上四连阴,盘中在银行等金融股强力护盘下,三大股指虽然悉数反弹,且沪指率先翻红,但午后各大股指再度疲软,持续走低,全天维持宽幅震荡走势,本周沪指累计跌幅0.15%。

截止收盘,沪指报2725.25点,跌0.46%,成交1148.13亿元;深成指报8465.47点,跌1.02%,成交1337.42亿元。

从盘面上看,知识产权保护、公交、银行居板块涨幅榜前列,在线旅游、采掘服务、次新股居板块跌幅榜前列。

宏观基本面:

浙江省国土资源厅决定,在全省开展批而未供和闲置土地大清查大处置行动,力争到2018年底,全省批而未供土地面积下降20%。

热点板块:

知识产权保护板块走强,领涨两市,中路股份(600818)、视觉中国(000681)等个股均有不俗表现。

银行股盘中异动拉升,成护盘主力军,华夏银行(600015)大涨超3%,北京银行(601169)、光大银行(601818)、民生银行(600016)、交通银行(601328)、浦发银行(600000)、工商银行(601398)等个股均有不同程度上涨。
