美国股市

北京时间5月3日凌晨,美股周二普遍下跌,道指跌174.07点,或0.72%,报23924.98点;标普500指数跌19.13点,或0.72%,报2635.67点;纳指跌29.81点,或0.42%,报7100.90点。美股周二震荡收跌,道指连续第四个交易日下滑。苹果股价大涨4.4%,但未能提振股指收高。

腾讯音乐:计划年底之前上市,估值再翻一番?

2017年12月,瑞典音乐流媒体公司Spotify 斥资9.1亿欧元(11亿美元)收购了腾讯音乐9%的股份,据此计算,腾讯音乐的整体估值为101.1欧元,约合123亿美元。较之前9月的估值有了成倍的增长。

2018年3月21日腾讯总裁兼执行董事刘炽平于在业绩发布会上表示,关于分拆的问题,公司分拆的数目很少,在可见的将来,腾讯音乐可能是候选者。主要是因为它在发展中,进行了并购,它的股东结构更适合分拆。

据自媒体雷帝网报道,其独家获得的一份资料显示,自中国音乐集团与QQ音乐合并后,腾讯音乐娱乐集团于2016年下半年开始实现全面盈利,2017年净利润超过16亿,2018年预计净利润还会翻番。

援引消息网5月3日的报道, 据境外媒体汤森路透旗下IFR 4月的报道称,中国最大的音乐流媒体公司之一的腾讯音乐娱乐集团已邀请多家投行下周投标,为其安排筹资规模为30亿至40亿美元的美国IPO。这也是腾讯音乐第四次传出上市消息,同时近期一些交易对腾讯音乐的估值约为250亿美元较之前的123亿美元增长103%。

Facebook:开发者大会新功能新设定惹人注目,市场反映利好

北京时间5月2日,在Facebook 年度开发者大会上马克•扎克伯格宣布,Facebook将推出其首款免费约会服务Date,进军快速增长的约会市场。

Facebook横空进军约会服务给美国主要付费约会平台Match Group带来较大冲击,隔夜,脸书股价上涨1.08%,盘后继续上涨0.24%,而Match Group 股价暴跌22.09%,创下两年最大单日跌幅。

另外,针对最近的数据泄露丑闻,Facebook经过更为透明和严格的数据保护测试,例如将在近期设计并推出清空历史功能,以重塑投资者对公司的乐观展望

苹果:第二季度财报亮眼,资本返还计划能否缓解投资者担忧?

北京时间5月2日早间,美股收盘后,苹果公布了截至2018年3月31日的第二财季财报,财报显示,该公司季度营收为611.37亿美元,同比增长16%;净利润为138.22亿美元,同比增长25%。

第二财季报告显示,iPhone系列仍是苹果最重要的营收来源,贡献了380.32亿美元的营收,占比高达62.2%。iPhone季度销量为5220万部,仅增长了3%。这一销量未能达到华尔街分析师此前平均预期的5300万部。但其收入却突破了380亿美元,同比增长14%。iPad销量为911.3万台,比去年同期的892.2万台增长2%,当季共售出407.8万台Mac,同比下滑3%。苹果公司首席执行官蒂姆·库克称:“公司实现了有史以来最好的第二财季业绩表现,iPhone、服务和可穿戴设备的收入均强劲增长。”

同时苹果(Apple)推出了一项新的总值1000亿美元的股票回购计划,并把股息上调了16%,这是该公司迄今为止在向股东返还资本方面的最大一次加码。

周二盘后交易时段,苹果发布报告称每股收益(EPS)增长了30%,并宣布了上述返还资本计划,截至周二收盘,苹果公司股价上涨 4.4%

美联储息口利率不变 石油黄金双涨 美股美元齐跌

美东时间5月2日下午2时,美联储召开会议一如预期地维持联邦基金利率目标区间在1.5%-1.75%不变。

美联储的政策声明公布后,市场认为美联储6月份进一步加息的可能性仍然在95%左右。

美联储决议公布后,道指小幅上扬而后回落,截止收盘道指跌0.72%;美元指数回吐日内涨幅转而下跌;美布两油短线走高;现货黄金短线上扬,再度上破1310关口;美债收益率走软。

香港股市

昨日港股假期后复市,由于香港科技股及本地银行股跑出,令港股跌幅受到限制,港股恒生指数低开0.09%,报30782点,之后一度跌至30570点 。截止收盘,恒生指数跌84.57点或0.27%,报30723.88点。国企指数跌137.8点或1.12%,报12193.59点。大市成交额1043亿港元。

模块方面,涨幅前三的为酒店娱乐,传媒印刷以及支援服务,分别上涨1.67%,1.573%,.107%。跌幅前三的为半导体,汽车以及保险,分别下跌 1.007%,0.801%,0.73%。

上市新规铺路 ,“同股不同权” 小米赴港欲“吃螃蟹”

从港交所官网获悉,小米已正式提交IPO申请文件。小米有望成为港交所“同股不同权”第一股。将是2014年来全球最大IPO。修订后的香港主板《上市规则》于4月30日正式生效,为小米等同股不同权架构的公司赴港上市铺平了道路。

接近小米IPO事宜的人士表示,在2017年时小米的估值还是在450亿-700亿美元的水平,但近期上市股权交易火热,不少交易者将估值定在了1000亿美元,甚至更高。

对小米而言,IPO如果成功,其或能够通过在资本市场上的运作,进一步扩张其生态链。对香港而言,小米IPO会是一把双刃剑,巨型IPO对香港的融资状况将造成考验。

中国股市

5月第一个交易日,沪指小幅高开上攻后,回落至平盘线下震荡。午后,深成指小幅翻红,中小板指数全天一直维持在红盘状态,表现稍强。临近尾盘,创业板跌幅收窄,重新站上1800点整数关口。截止收盘,沪指跌幅0.03%,报收于3081.18点,成交1682.46亿元;深成指涨幅0.18%,报收于10342.85点,成交2169.37亿元;创业板报收于1801.57点,跌幅0.22%;中小板指数涨幅0.56%。
模块方面,矿物制品、旅游、酿酒等板块涨幅明显;煤炭、软件服务、通信设备等板块跌幅较大。

内需强劲,国内游客1.47亿人次,再创新高
根据中国文化和旅游部消息,全国假日旅游消费旺盛,旅游市场持续增长,全国一共接待了国内游客1.47亿人次同比增长9.3%,实现了国内旅游收入871.6亿元同比增长10.2%。带动酒店旅游股票上涨明显。
