Go vertically down the table, stop at cash (Step 1)
Go horizontally across the table, stop at "71% Financing" Purchase (Step 2)
Client can purchase up to S$35,000 worth of "71% Financing" shares with S$10,000 cash deposit

Example 2:

Client deposits S$10,000 cash and S$10,000 "71% Financing" shares to purchase "50% Financing" shares
