北京时间3月14日凌晨,美股周五大幅收高逾9%,主要股指尾盘强势拉升,道指飙升近2000点。三大股指均录得2008年金融危机以来的最大单日涨幅。市场仍在密切关注疫情发展及各国的应对措施。美国总统特朗普宣布“国家紧急状态”以应对疫情。加拿大央行紧急降息。分析师警告称,全球市场本周惨遭血洗后,近期仍将维持动荡局面。截止收盘,道指收盘上涨1985.00点,或9.36%,报23185.62点;纳指涨672.43点,或9.34%,报7874.23点;标普500指数涨230.31点,或9.28%,报2710.95点。

周五美股大幅收高,盘中继续维持近来的大幅震荡局面。美股周五高开1300多点,随后宽幅震荡。在美国总统特朗普宣布“国家紧急状态”以释放抗疫资金、并将采取一些强力抗疫措施后,美股尾盘强劲拉升并最终收高。

尽管美股周五大幅收高,但本周主要股指仍录得巨大跌幅:道指本周下跌10.37%,标普500指数下跌8.78%,纳指下跌8.18%。

周四美股遭受了1987年10月19日“黑色星期一”大崩盘以来最大的单日暴跌,三大股指均跌入熊市。

对新冠肺炎疫情蔓延的担忧,令美股市场持续动荡。本周5个交易日内,标普500指数的每日涨跌幅度都在4.89%以上。该指数本周两次在开盘数分钟后重挫7%,触发熔断机制,使当天美股各暂停交易15分钟。

新冠肺炎疫情蔓延引发担忧

据约翰-霍普金斯大学的数据显示,截至周五,全球确诊的新冠肺炎病例数上升至135000例,死亡4900多例。韩国意大利伊朗累计确诊总和超3万人。

世界卫生组织总干事谭德塞周五表示,截至周五,中国以外新冠肺炎确诊病例达51767例,欧洲现在已成为新冠肺炎全球疫情最严重地区,现在每日新增病例比中国疫情最严重时还要多。他呼吁各国“须全面采取措施”,检测、追踪、隔离等一个都不能少。

世卫组织在本周早些时候宣布,席卷全球的冠状病毒引发的病毒性肺炎是一种大流行病,即“新疾病的全球传播”。世卫组织表示,对于达到“大流行”水平与否,尚无严格定义,也没有触发该定义的病例或死亡阈值。也就是说,“大流行”所指的不是疾病的严重性,而是疾病传播的广泛程度。

新冠肺炎疫情已导致全球大范围内的重大体育赛事、文化活动及企业会议纷纷被取消,并迫使美国各地多所大学停止当面授课。周四,纽约州州长安德鲁-科莫宣布禁止在该州举行500人以上的公开集会,该禁令从周五零时开始生效。

特朗普宣布美国进入国家紧急状态

美国总统特朗普13日宣布“国家紧急状态”以应对新冠肺炎疫情。特朗普表示,宣布进入紧急状态将能释放500亿美元联邦紧急资金,用于全美抗疫。他还表示将免除所有联邦学生贷款的利息。

他还称,已经采取新措施应对新冠病毒,并表示新冠病毒肺炎疫情“会过去的”。特朗普命令美国50个州立即设立应对新冠病毒的紧急行动中心,并启动应急计划。

特朗普称,下周将提供多达50万份新冠病毒测试盒,同时还将有数百万份新冠病毒测试紧随其后。

美联储将利率降至零,推出7000亿大规模QE计划

3月16日,美国联邦储备委员会周日将利率降至零水准,并推出7000亿美元的大规模量化宽松计划,以保护经济免受病毒影响。

面对高度混乱的金融市场,美联储还将银行的紧急贷款贴现率下调了125个基点,至0.25%,并将贷款期限延长至90天。

这一行动将有助于支持经济活动、强劲的劳动力市场状况和通胀回归委员会的2%的对称目标。

美联储还将数千家银行的存款准备金率降至零。

此外,在全球协调中央银行层面,美联储表示,将与加拿大央行,英国央行,日本央行、欧洲央行、瑞士央行采取行动,通过现有的美元互换安排加强全球美元流动性。

央行降低了这些互换贷款的利率,并延长了此类贷款的期限。

周日的举措包括多项计划、降息和量化宽松。

量化宽松的形式将是5000亿美元的公债和2000亿美元的机构支持抵押贷款证券。美联储表示,将从周一开始分期购买400亿美元。

美联储将利率从1%-1.25%下调至0%-0.25%的新区间,并表示将继续维持这一水平,“直到它确信美国经济经受住了近期事件的考验,并有望实现其最大就业和物价稳定目标。”

焦点个股

施乐公司周五宣布,鉴于新冠病毒疫情日益升级,公司决定暂时停止收购惠普相关事宜,包括会见惠普股东、接受媒体采访等。 

摩根大通股价攀升,此前中国证监会明确取消证券公司外资股比限制。

北京时间3月13日,全球股市发生熔断潮,自昨日到今日,已经至少有10个国家股市触发熔断。美股周四暴跌,标普500指数早盘下跌7%,本周第二次触发熔断机制,美股暂停交易15分钟。三大股指现已全部跌入熊市。道指收盘创史上最大下跌点数,以及1987年10月股灾以来的最大单日百分比跌幅。港股周五集体重挫,周五开盘,港股三大股指跌幅全部超过7%,港股三大股指集体进入技术性熊市。不过,午后恒指直线拉升,从午盘跌1400多点,最少只跌124点,上演千点反转。截止收盘,恒指跌1.14%,报24032.91点,跌276点,从今日低点反弹1500点。国企指数跌0.78%,红筹指数跌1.63%。

热点板块

多个蓝筹股相继转涨。其中,舜宇光学涨1.98%,中海油涨1.54%,恒安国际涨1.39%,友邦保险、腾讯翻红。

微创医疗暴涨27.52%,年初至今股价翻倍。先健科技涨9%,同仁堂科技、平安好医生、爱康医疗、中国生物制药等翻红。

此外,心动公司涨7%,中芯国际涨逾3%,阿里巴巴涨1.54%,此前跌逾5%,中兴大涨3%。

中国A股资讯

北京时间3月13日,早盘三大股指大幅低开,板块题材萎靡不振。随后三大股指持续回升,沪指、深成指、创指跌幅显著收窄。盘中,三大股指企稳回升,创指、深成指跌幅收窄一度至2%下方。盘面上,特高压板块逆势翻红,半导体板块持续强势,工业互联网、边缘计算等题材概念活跃。临近上午收盘,三大指数再度走弱。午后,受到外围情绪转暖影响,创业板指暴力拉升翻红,沪指跌幅收窄至1%。尾盘,指数再度小幅回升,而后延续弱势盘整态势。截止收盘,沪指报2887.43点,跌1.23%,成交额为3930亿元;深成指报10831.13点,跌1.00%,成交额为5737亿元;

从盘面上看,特高压、土里流转、半导体居板块涨幅榜前列,口罩、消毒剂、医疗废物处理块跌幅榜前列。

热门板块特高压板块恒强,通光线缆、通达股份、平高电气、经纬辉开、中国西电、特变电工、杭电股份、保变电气等多股大涨。

消息面上国家电网有限公司最新编制《2020年特高压和跨省500千伏及以上交直流项目前期工作计划》,明确了南阳-荆门-长沙工程等5交5直特高压工程年内核准以及前期预可研工作。国网公司董事长毛伟明表示,目前公司已明确全年特高压建设项目投资规模1128亿元,可带动社会投资2235亿元,整体规模近5000亿元。

土地流转概念股走高,亚通股份、永安林业、上实发展、辉隆股份、京投发展、吉林森工、辉隆股份等股纷纷走高。

消息面上农业农村部近日发布《做好2020年农业农村政策与改革相关重点工作的通知》,《通知》表示,全面推开农村集体产权制度改革试点,力争改革覆盖面扩大到所有涉农县,并要求有序规范农村承包土地经营权流转。专家认为,此举有助于推动乡村振兴,相关上市公司将受益。

央行宣布今日定向降准,释放长期资金5500亿元

日前,央行宣布,将于3月16日定向降准,释放长期资金5500亿元。具体来看,央行实施普惠金融定向降准,对达到考核标准的银行定向降准0.5至1个百分点。在此之外,对符合条件的股份制商业银行再额外定向降准1个百分点,支持发放普惠金融领域贷款。以上定向降准共释放长期资金5500亿元。

值得注意的是,在3月15日举行的国务院联防联控机制新闻发布会上,中国人民银行货币政策司司长孙国峰表示,下一步,人民银行将继续综合采取多种措施促进贷款利率明显下行,支持企业复工复产和经济发展。
