港股

北京时间5月31日,美股周三大幅反弹,欧洲股市涨跌不一。OPEC维持减产协议,刺激国际油价向上。昨日恒指跌幅较大,一度失守30000点关口。今日开盘,恒指高开高走,午后恒指涨幅更是涨超1%。截至收盘,恒指涨1.37%,报30408.56点;国企指数涨1.78%,报11978.3点;红筹指数涨2.47%,报4608.23点。大市成交突破2000亿,为2037.54港元。

沪港通资金流向方面,沪股通净流入36.26亿,港股通(沪)净流出6.06亿。

深港通资金流向方面,深股通净流入30.03亿,港股通(深)净流入5.58亿。

小米:发行CDR,推迟IPO

小米定于2018年7月16日在上海证券交易所(即A股主板)发行CDR,成为中国首家CDR企业。为了配合CDR的发行进度,小米将上市时间推迟了1~2周,将于2018年7月9日进行CDR和香港IPO的定价,并于2018年7月16日在上海证券交易所发行CDR,和2018年7月17日在香港证券交易所发行IPO。

小米香港IPO确定将稀释10%的股权,进行募资;也就是说,如果上市定价在800亿美元,小米将通过香港IPO募资80亿美元。小米目前尚未确定是否引入基石投资者,如果引入,基石投资者将在上市后有6个月的锁定期,并占到募集总额的20%左右。在剩余的份额中,小米已经成功向香港证券交易所申请降低散户配售比例,提升国际(机构)配售比例,这样的做法有助于稳定小米的股价和后世表现。小米的常规散户配售比例是5%,国际(机构)配售比例是95%。如果散户配售低于15倍超额认购,散户配售比例保持在5%;如果散户配售超过15倍但低于50倍超额认购,散户配售比例将上调至10%;如果散户配售超过50倍但低于100倍超额认购,散户配售比例将上调至15%;如果散户配售超过100倍超额认购,散户配售比例将上调至20%。

小米CDR的额度分配尚待最终确认,但是大致方案如下:CDR的融资稀释比例将大大低于香港IPO;会有一定比例的基石投资者,也叫战略配售,将有36个月的锁定期;剩余份额分配给机构投资者和个人投资者,但是个人投资者份额较少;由于大陆投资者对于小米CDR有极大的期待,将会出现数百倍的超额认购情况。

昨日,小米概念股大涨,金山软件(24.7, 0.90, 3.78%)涨3.99%,零件供应商丘钛科技(6.67, 0.13, 1.99%)涨1.99%。

   

中国A股

北京时间5月31日,早盘三大股指高开,在次新股、小米的积极影响下,三大指数拉升,而后尽管出现小幅回落,但市场气氛较昨日明显好转,资金做多意愿强,板块个股普涨。临近上午收盘,指数回落后再度冲高,沪指、深成指涨幅扩大,创指也由绿翻红再度拉升。黄金板块再度拉升,资金避险情绪再度升温。午后,市场稍显回暖,在食品、零售等消费板块的带动下,三大股指再度冲高,赚钱效应较好,板块个股普涨。尾盘,三大股指持续高位震荡,市场人气进一步加强。

截至收盘,沪指报3095.47,涨1.78%;深成指报10295.73,涨1.88%;创业板指报1743.74,涨1.01%。

从盘面上看,饮料加工、零售、超级品牌居板块涨幅榜前列,海南、军工、芯片居板块跌幅榜前列。

A股正式“入摩” 首批226股已被纳入

昨日(5月31日)交易结束后,首批226只中国A股股票被纳入MSCI新兴市场指数,纳入比例为2.5%,宣告A股正式“入摩”。尽管本次纳入只是A股“试水”MSCI的第一步,但也是极为关键的一步,意味着A股向全球资本市场的“中心舞台”坚定迈进,而国际资本市场也因A股的加入更加丰富。

根据MSCI估计,追踪MSCI指数的资金总额达3.7万亿美元。另据新华社报道,首批226只中国A股股票于昨日交易结束后被纳入MSCI新兴市场指数,纳入比例为2.5%,纳入完成后其市值占MSCI新兴市场指数权重为0.4%。在对纳入标的进行动态调整的基础上,9月A股纳入比例将提高至5%,对应权重达到0.79%。

盘后数据显示,市场运行平稳,总体表现为持续上涨,上证综指最高3098.08点,最大涨幅1.86%;收报3095.47点,涨幅1.78%;成交1851.99亿元,较上一交易日小幅减少。沪市MSCI纳A板块上涨1.81%,成交760亿元,较上一交易日增加14%。

   

美股

截至北京时间5月31日凌晨,美股周四收跌,道指下跌超过250点。美国宣布对欧盟、加拿大和墨西哥生产的钢铝加征关税,重新激起了市场对贸易战的担忧情绪。

截止收盘,道指跌251.94点,或1.02%,报24,415.84点;标普500指数跌18.74点,或0.69%,报2705.27点;纳指跌20.34点,或0.27%,报7442.12点。

对贸易战的担忧情绪令市场承压,致使美股周四收跌。周四美国宣布对加拿大、墨西哥和欧盟征收25%的钢铁关税,征收10%的铝关税,自华盛顿时间午夜起生效。作为回应,欧盟与墨西哥都宣布将采取报复行动。

周四是5月份的最后一个交易日,在5月份,道指累计上涨1.1%,标普500指数累计上涨2.2%,纳指累计上涨5.3%,罗素2000小型股指数累计上涨6.1%。
