美股

北京时间1月4日凌晨,美股周四大幅收跌,道指重挫逾660点。苹果公司强调亚洲经济增长放缓并因此下调销售预期,美国12月ISM制造业指数创10年来最大跌幅,加重了市场对全球经济增长放缓的担忧情绪。

截止收盘,道指跌660.02点,或2.83%,报22686.22点;标普500指数跌62.14点,或2.48%,报2447.89点;纳指跌202.43点,或3.04%,报6463.50点。

衡量市场恐慌程度的CBOE恐慌指数上涨约8%。苹果公司下调营收预期令市场承压,而疲软的美国ISM制造业数据令美股跌幅进一步扩大。

宏观基本面:

美国官方公布的ISM制造业指数下降至54.1,低于市场分析师平均预期的57.9%。该指数创2008年10月以来最大降幅,成为预示美国经济增长放缓的最新迹象。该指数中所有五个分项指数均录得下降,新订单创近五年来最大跌幅,产出指数创2012年初来最大降幅。就业、交货和库存指数均下降。

焦点股关注:

苹果公司(AAPL)收盘大跌约10%。该公司于15年来首次宣布下调营收预期。苹果公司CEO蒂姆-库克(Tim Cook)表示,下调销售预期的原因是亚洲经济出现了放缓迹象。苹果将2019财年第一财季的营收预期调低至840亿美元,之前预期为890亿美元至930亿美元。苹果表示,这主要是因为iPhone在大中华区销量低迷所致。

百时美施贵宝(BMY)大幅下挫13.26%。周四早间,该公司宣布将以740亿美元股票加现金方式收购Celgene(CELG)。 

   

港股

北京时间1月3日,美股周三低开高走,银行、科技与能源板块推动股市反弹并收高。市场仍在权衡全球经济增长放缓风险及美国联邦政府部分停摆等问题。今日开盘,恒生指数(25064.36, -65.99, -0.26%)低开0.21%,之后走势反复,盘中一度失守25000点大关。

截至收盘,恒生指数跌0.26%,报25064.36点;国企指数涨0.02%,报9835.45点;红筹指数涨0.4%,报4026.81点。大市成交671.13亿港元。

沪港通资金流向方面,沪股通净流入7.41亿,港股通(沪)净流出5.14亿。

深港通资金流向方面,深股通净流入2.62亿,港股通(深)净流出3.46亿。

热点板块:

吉利汽车(0175)跌8.17%,报11.92元,领跌蓝筹。摩根士丹利发表报告,将吉利评级从中性下调至减持,因其Boyue和Lynk品牌的库存增加,而中国采购经理人指数疲弱表明国内品牌的销售疲软,从最近的渠道检查显示,Boyue的库存已上升至逾3个月,Lynk的 库存已上升至1至1.5个月,将吉利目标股价从15港元降至8港元。不过大摩同时认为,减汽车税可能在中央政府3月份会议之后才会实施,认为吉利将成为增值税调降带来的潜在刺激措施的主要受益者。

苹果概念股集体下跌,瑞声科技(2018)跌5.41%,报41.05元;舜宇光学跌6.76%,报61.4元;比亚迪(0285)电子跌3.83%,报9.04元。苹果在2019年首个交易日盘后意外宣布,下调2019财年第一财季的营收指引(即2018自然年第四季度),预计第一季度毛利润率约为38%,预计其他收入大约为5.5亿美元;预计2019年营收约为840亿美元,预计运营开支约为87亿美元。

石油股反弹,中海油(0883)涨1.41%,报11.48元;中石化涨1.84%,报5.54元;中国石油(0857)涨2.81%,报4.76元。美国原油期货价格周三创两周新高。一些主要产油国已开始减产的迹象令油价得到支撑。据彭博社发布的油轮追踪数据显示,沙特阿拉伯在12月份的原油出口量减少了46.4万桶/日。而石油输出国组织(OPEC)国家及一些非OPEC组织产油国已从新年开始正式执行减产行动。

中国烟草总公司的全资子公司中烟国际(香港)赴港上市

中国烟草总公司的全资子公司中烟国际(香港)近期向港交所提交了IPO申请,拟募资1亿至2亿美元,中金公司和招商证券是本次IPO的联席保荐人。

根据弗若斯特沙利文的数据,中国拥有超过3亿的烟民,是全球最大的烟草生产和消费国。2017年,中国大陆烟草的销量为4738万箱,约占世界烟草市场的44%。

庞大的烟民数量基础给烟草公司带来巨额的营收和利润。据招股书显示,2015-2017年,中烟国际(香港)的收入分别为76.19亿港元、63.10亿港元和78.07亿港元,净利润分别为3.91亿港元、3.38亿港元和3.48亿港元。

根据中国烟草总公司的声明,中烟国际(香港)共经营四类业务:一是烟叶类产品的进口(津巴布韦除外);二是将烟叶类产品出口至东南亚及港澳台地区;三是卷烟类产品的出口,公司独家对免税店及卷烟批发商出口中国品牌卷烟;四是新型烟草制品的出口。

截止2018年9月30日的前9个月,中烟国际(香港)的营收为50.77亿港元,去年同期约64.13亿港元;净利润为2.22亿港元,去年同期约2.88亿港元。可见2018年前9个月的业绩出现了小幅波动,而波动主要是因为烟叶类产品的进出口两项业务出现了较大的下滑。

截止2018年9月30日,烟叶类产品的收入比重较同期提高了3.5%至74.8%,但收入却较同期下降了16.97%;烟叶类产品的进口下降幅度更大,收入比重降至16.7%,收入较同期下滑45%。
 

 

中国A股

北京时间1月3日,周四两市小幅低开后,在军工、券商股带动下一路走高,随着5G、大消费概念股的走低,三大股指相继回落,午后黄金概念股持续拉升,但依旧不改市场低迷格局,深成指跌破去年10月份来低点,创2014年5月来新低。

截止收盘,沪指报2464.36点,跌0.04%,深成指报7089.44点,跌0.84%。

从盘面上看,国防军工、特高压、黄金概念居板块涨幅榜前列,5G、白酒、园区开发居板块跌幅榜前列。

商务部:中美将于1月7日-8日举行经贸问题副部级磋商

1月4日上午,中美双方举行副部级通话,确认美国副贸易代表格里什将于1月7日至8日率领美方工作组访华,与中方工作组就落实两国元首阿根廷会晤重要共识进行积极和建设性讨论。

热点板块:

国防军工板块崛起,全天领涨两市,博云新材(002297)、中航高科(600862)、长城军工(601606)等多股涨停,航天动力(600343)、航发科技(600391)等个股均有大涨表现。

午后黄金概念股持续拉升,表现活跃,金贵银业(002716)、金洲慈航(000587)涨停,园城黄金(600766)、金峰黄金、金一文化(002721)、湖南黄金(002155)、东方金钰(600086)等个股均有不俗表现。
