How to Redeem?

  1. Login to POEMS 2.0 Web > Head to Markets & Data Rewards tab.
  2. Navigate to the Airport Lounge Pass by LoungeKey under “Voucher” section.
  3. Choose the desired Airport Lounge Pass by LoungeKey under the  “Voucher” section. You can select from:
    • [Email Response Required] 1 X Airport Lounge Pass by LoungeKey – 2,000 Reward Points
    • [Email Response Required] 2 X Airport Lounge Pass by LoungeKey – 4,000 Reward Points
  4. Tick the checkbox to redeem Airport Lounge Pass by LoungeKey using your 2,000/4,000 POEMS Reward Points and click the “Submit” button.
  1. A confirmation email will be sent to your email address (registered to your POEMS account) within 5 working days.
  2. Upon receiving the email, please kindly reply with the Full Name as per Passport details that you would like to register for the Airport Lounge.
  3. Once we have received the details, an email containing your registered details and the Airport Lounge Pass access QR code will be sent to the registered email address(es) within 5 working days. 
  4. Once you have received the email, you may present the LoungeKey digital pass(es) at any lounge counter for access to the Airport Lounge. Do note that each LoungeKey digital pass is valid for Six (6) months from the date of issuance.

Frequently Asked Questions

This can happen due to one of the two reasons:

  1. Each account holder may only redeem the Airport Lounge Pass by LoungeKey once per month (30 days), you may have hit the maximum redemption value for the month.
  2. You have insufficient POEMS Reward Points for redemption.

The confirmation email will be sent to your email address (registered to your POEMS account) within 5 working days (from the date of redemption on POEMS Rewards).

You are required to reply with the Full Name as per Passport details that you would like to register for the Airport Lounge.

Once we have received the details, an email containing your registered details and the Airport Lounge Pass access QR code will be sent to the registered email address(es) within 5 working days.

If you have yet to receive the QR Code after 5 working days, kindly check your junk or spam folder.

IMPORTANT: Please ensure that the email address registered to your POEMS Account is accurate as there will be no re-issuance of the lounge pass or refund allowed if you have used an incorrect email address.

Each LoungeKey digital pass is valid for Six (6) months from the date of issuance. 

Terms & Conditions

  1. All Existing Customer of all Account types may redeem an Airport Lounge digital pass by LoungeKey on POEMS Rewards with 2,000/4,000 POEMS Reward points per redemption per 30 day period until 31 December 2026. 
  2. Each Account Holder is limited to one redemption every 30 days.
  3. Redemption:
    • [Email Response Required] 1 X Airport Lounge Pass by LoungeKey – 2,000 Reward Points and/or
    • [Email Response Required] 2 X Airport Lounge Pass by LoungeKey – 4,000 Reward Points 
  4. Notification:
    • A confirmation email will be sent to your email address (registered to your POEMS account) within 5 working days once you have successfully redeemed the reward item on POEMS Rewards.
    • Upon receiving the email, please kindly reply with the Full Name as per Passport details that you would like to register for the Airport Lounge within 5 working days. Failure to do so, will result in forfeiture of the Reward/s.
    • Once we have received the details, an email containing your registered details and the Airport Lounge Pass access QR code will be sent to the registered email address(es) within 5 working days. 
  5. Each LoungeKey digital pass is valid for one (1) single entry at any participating airport lounge
  6. Customers must ensure that the full name submitted during redemption matches their passport details and that their email address is accurate. PSPL shall not be liable for any inaccurate information that results in failed lounge access. Any digital pass issued but unusable due to incorrect details will be deemed. 
  7. Once Customer received the email, Customer may present the LoungeKey digital pass(es) at any lounge counter for access to the Airport Lounge. To locate a participating lounge, visit: https://loungekeypass.loungekey.com/en/phillipcapital/lounge-finder  
  8. The LoungeKey digital pass will be valid for Six (6) months from the date of issuance. 
  9. The LoungeKey digital pass is not refundable or exchangeable for cash or transferrable to other Account holders.
  10. The LoungeKey digital pass cannot be replaced if lost or expired.
  11. The LoungeKey digital pass that has not been redeemed by the end of the Redemption Period shall be forfeited automatically and will not be refunded.
  12. PSPL and its affiliates and their respective employees and agents shall not be liable to any person for any loss, damage, injury, costs or expenses incurred, suffered, borne or arising from this promotion.
  13. By redeeming this item, you acknowledge that you have read and consented to these Terms and Conditions.
  14. The following Customers are NOT eligible for this promotion unless approved by the management of Phillip Securities Pte Ltd (“PSPL”):
    • Customers who have any existing Cash Accounts with PSPL
    • All employees of PSPL’s entities and its partners (e.g., trading representatives, financial advisors) and their immediate families (e.g., spouse and children).
  15. By taking part in the promotion, you agree and consent to PSPL sending relevant information to third-party service providers to facilitate the delivery and redemption of the Rewards.
  16. In the event of a dispute over the Customer’s eligibility to participate in this promotion, PSPL’s decision will be final.
  17. Notwithstanding anything herein contained, PSPL reserves the right at any time in its absolute discretion to (i) amend, add to, and/or delete these Terms and Conditions without prior notification (including eligibility; replacement of the prize; promotional mechanics, promotion duration without prior notification, qualifying terms and criteria), and all participants shall be bound by such amendments, additions and/or deletions when effected, or (ii) vary, withdraw, or cancel any items or the promotion without having to disclose a reason thereof and without any compensation or payment whatsoever. PSPL’s decision on all matters relating to the promotion shall be final and binding on all participants.
