Online Password Reset Service
Activate the Password Reset Service
If you have registered for the service, refer to ‘Step 2’ to reset your password.
- Click on the chatbot icon located at the bottom right corner of this page.
(Note: As the chatbot is in BETA phase, it is currently supported for Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge browsers)
- Key in your name and email address
- Select “Forgot My Password”
- Enter your details for verification
- Check your registered email address for a confirmation email
- Click on the link in the email and request for a SMS verification code
- You will see a confirmation message once you have successfully activated the service
Reset your password
- Click here to go to the online password reset portal
- Enter your account number and answer the security questions
- we will send you a verification email, click on the link in the email to confirm your request
- Request a SMS Verification Code and key it in the relevant field .You will receive a confirmation message that your password has been reset

Simply visit any of our Phillip Investor Centres with your NRIC/passport to get a new password immediately.
Print, complete and sign on the POEMS Password Reset Form and send it back to us by email,mail or fax. We will send you a new password within 3 to 5 business days. Please allow 1 to 2 business weeks for overseas mailing addresses
