For POEMS Coins, they will expire one year from the date the Coins are awarded/earned. 

For POEMS Reward points, they will expire one year from the date they are earned, at the end of the calendar quarter.

Terms & Conditions

  1. The POEMS Raffle Tickets programme (the “Raffle”) runs from 23 September 2026 to 30 November 2026, both dates inclusive.
  2. Eligibility criteria:
    • Open to New and Existing Customers of PSPL.
    • All Account types including Joint Accounts (only the First Account holder will be considered).
    • For POEMS Coins: Customers are required to download and log in to the POEMS Mobile 3 App to use their Coins to redeem raffle entries.
    • For POEMS Reward Points: Customers are required to log in to POEMS 2.0 and use their POEMS Reward Points to redeem raffle entries.
  3. Earning POEMS Coins:
    • Coins are earned by completing eligible actions on the POEMS Mobile 3 App during the promotion period, including successful Account opening, completion of the investor profile, completion of eligible education modules, daily check-in, and eligible funding milestones.
    • The full list of eligible actions and the corresponding number of Coins awarded is published on the POEMS Mobile 3 App and may be updated by PSPL at its discretion.
    • Coins have no monetary value, are non-transferable between Customers or Accounts, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
    • Coins awarded in respect of an action that is subsequently reversed, cancelled, or found to be ineligible will be forfeited or deducted from the Customer’s Coin balance.
  4. Earning POEMS Reward Points:
    • 1 POEMS Reward Point is earned for every S$1 in commissions when you trade equities* using POEMS 2.0, POEMS Mobile 2.0 App, POEMS Mobile 3 App, or POEMS Pro. *Valid for both local and selected foreign markets. For more information, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.
    • Note that Broker Assisted Trades are not eligible to earn the POEMS Reward Points. 
  5. Raffle entries:
    • POEMS Coins
      • 1,000 POEMS Coins may be exchanged for one (1) raffle entry via POEMS Mobile 3 App > ‘Me’ Tab > ‘Rewards’.
      • Each Account Holder can redeem an unlimited number of entries for the duration of the promotion.
    • POEMS Reward Points
      • 500 Reward Points may be redeemed for five (5) raffle entries via POEMS 2.0 > ‘Market Data & Rewards’ Tab > ‘Voucher’.

  6. Prizes:
    • Grand Prize: Three (3) winners, each to receive one (1) PAMP Suisse Lady Fortuna Gold Bar 2.5g.
    • Consolation Prize: Fifty (50) winners, each to receive one (1) S$20 US/SG Stock Coupon.
    • Each Customer can only win a maximum of one (1) prize for the duration of the promotion. In any event if a Customer is qualified for multiple prizes, only the prize with the higher value will be given, where applicable. 
    • Prizes are not exchangeable for cash, credit, or any other item, and are not transferable to any other person or Account.
    • Customers are required to download and login to POEMS Mobile 3 App by December 2026, in order to receive the S$20 US/SG Stock Coupon, provided that they are the winners. 
    • The S$20 US/SG Stock Coupon will expire 90 days from the date of issuance, 0200 hours (GMT+8).
    • Once redeemed, the Coupon cannot be reissued.
    • Eligibility Criteria of the S$20 US/SG Stock Coupon:
      • BUY stocks only
      • SG/US Market only
      • Cash trades only
      • Online trades only
      • A minimum contract value of S$100/US$100
    • The S$20 US/SG Stock Coupon is valid for one-time use only and is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
    • Once activated, the S$20 US/SG Stock Coupon cannot be deactivated or reissued.
    • The S$20 US/SG Stock Coupon will be automatically applied to the first successful eligible trade executed, after activation and before its expiry.
    • The rebate, up to the contract value, will be credited to the eligible Account within 5 working days following the successful eligible trade
    • If the S$20 US/SG Stock Coupon is not activated and/or a successful eligible trade is not executed within the validity period, the Coupon will be forfeited, and no rebate will be issued.
    • If multiple Stock Coupons are active, the one with the nearest expiration date will be used up first by default. If the Coupons have the same expiry date, the Coupon that was activated first by the Customer will be used by default.
    • If the Customer holds multiple trading Accounts, the Account performing the first successful eligible trade will receive the rebate, regardless which Account the Coupon was activated in. For example, a Customer has two Accounts, Account A and Account B. The Customer activates the Coupon in Account A, but later performs a successful eligible trade using Account B. In this case, Account B will be awarded the rebate.
    • Activated refers to the successful redemption of a stock coupon by logging into the POEMS Mobile 3 app, going to Me > Rewards > My Rewards Inventory, and swiping to redeem the coupon. Once activated, the coupon can be used to offset the purchase amount of an eligible buy trade in Singapore or U.S. stocks.
    • Deactivated means that the stock coupon has been disabled and is no longer valid for use.
    • Rebates refer to the cash credits you earn after executing an eligible trade.
  7. Draw and notification:
    • The draw will be conducted on 7 December 2026 by random selection from all valid entries received during the promotion period.
    • Winners will be notified by email and/or POEMS Mobile 2.0/3 App notification within 5 working days of the draw.
    • Winners must respond to confirm acceptance of the prize within 7 days of notification, failing which the prize will be forfeited and PSPL reserves the right to draw the next replacement winner.
    • Collection arrangements for the Grand Prize will be advised at the point of notification. Winners may be required to produce photo identification and to sign an acknowledgement of receipt upon collection.
    • PSPL’s decision on all matters relating to the Raffle, including the conduct of the draw and the selection of winners, is final and binding on all Customers. No correspondence will be entertained.
  8. This Promotion is not applicable to:
    • PSPL institutional Customers and corporate Customers
    • PSPL and its associated entities and subsidiaries (direct or indirect), e.g. Staff, Trading Representatives and Financial Adviser Representatives.
  9. By redeeming this item, you acknowledge that you have read and consented to these Terms and Conditions.
  10.
