    1. No, only Customers who are new to PSPL and have opened a Cash Plus Account within the promotion period are eligible.
  1. When will I receive the Account Opening Rewards upon successful Account opening?
    1. The following rewards will be automatically activated upon successful account opening:
      • 0% Sales Charge on Unit Trusts
      • Free Live Prices for SGX & US (Asian Hours)
      • SGX Enhanced Market Depth access (free until 30 November 2026)
      • For the Zero US Commission Reward, it will be activated within 5 working days upon successful Account opening. You will receive an email notification once it has been activated.

    1. Yes. You will be eligible to receive the Tier 1 Fund Reward if your combined deposits total at least S$3,000 within 14 days of Account Opening and provided that you also hold the funds for at least 30 days from the date of funding without withdrawal or transferring.
  1. When will I receive the Stock Coupons upon fulfilling the requirements? 
    1. The Stock Coupons can be redeemed upon receiving the email notification and/or App notification. Please ensure that your app notification for POEMS Mobile 3 is turned on. To receive your Stock Coupons, please login to the POEMS Mobile 3 App and navigate to ‘Me’ Tab > ‘Rewards’ to redeem and execute the eligible trade within the simulated time period as stated in the Coupon.
  1. When does the promotion run?
    1. The promotion period is from 1 September 2026 to 1 November 2026, both dates inclusive. You must open your Account within the promotion period to be eligible for the Welcome Gifts.
  1. How long do I get the free SGX Enhanced Market Depth access?
    1. Free SGX Enhanced Market Depth access is granted automatically upon successful Account opening and will end on 30 November 2026. Access will lapse automatically after that date unless you take up a paid subscription.
  1. I have opened a Cash Plus Account and received the Welcome Gifts. Can I also receive the CFD Account Welcome Gift?
    1. Yes. The CFD Account Welcome Gift is a separate account opening promotion with its own requirements and its own reward. It requires a separate CFD Account, funded separately. Meeting the requirements of one promotion does not affect your eligibility for the other.
  2. Does the money I fund into my CFD Account count towards the Tier 1 or Tier 2 Fund Reward?
    1. No. Each Account must be funded separately. Only fresh funds deposited into your Cash Plus Account count towards the Tier 1 and Tier 2 Fund Rewards, and only funds deposited into your CFD Account count towards the CFD Account Welcome Gift.
  3. Can I use my Stock Coupons on CFD trades?
    1. No. Stock Coupons are not issued to CFD Accounts and cannot be used on CFD trades. Stock Coupons are valid for cash BUY trades in the US and Singapore markets only.

    1. Customers new to Phillip Securities Pte Ltd (“PSPL”) who open a Cash Plus Account and opt-in to Excess Funds Management Facility (SMART Park) from 1 September 2026 to 1 November 2026
    2. Customers who open a Cash Plus Account but do not opt-in to Excess Funds Management Facility (SMART Park) within 14 days of Account Opening will not be eligible to receive the Welcome Gifts
  2. Rewards:
    1. Account Opening:

    2. Fund Reward:
      1. For Tier 1, customers receive S$50 (S$10×5) Stock Coupons and 1,000 POEMS Coins when they fund at least S$3,000 within 14 days of Account opening (“Initial Capital”) and hold the funds for at least 30 days
      2. For Tier 2, customers receive S$200 (S$20×10) Stock Coupons and 3,000 POEMS Coins when they fund at least S$10,000 within 14 days of Account opening (“Initial Capital”) and hold the funds for at least 30 days
    3. Stock Coupon refers to reward that can be used to offset the cost of an eligible stock trade.
    4. Initial Capital must remain in the Account for at least 30 days. It can be used for BUY trades, but it cannot be withdrawn or transferred.
    5. The deposit must be fresh funds transferred from the Customer’s bank account, and does not include funds transferred within PSPL Accounts, cash dividends, sales proceeds or Account credit transactions.
    6. Customers must ensure that their Net Cumulative Deposit amount does not fall under S$3,000/S$10,000 to be eligible for the Fund Reward based on the tier respectively.
    7. Net Cumulative Deposit refers to accumulated deposit amount, calculated from the day the Customers make and maintain their initial deposits for 30 days. Capital gains and losses are excluded.
    8. The calculation of Net Cumulative Deposit is done daily. All withdrawals made during the holding period will reduce the Customers’ daily Net Cumulative Deposit.
    9. Holding Period refers to the period during which funds remain in the Account without being withdrawn, transferred, or moved from one Account to another.
    10. If the daily Net Cumulative Deposit falls below S$10,000 but remains at or above S$3,000, Customers will be eligible for the Tier 1 Reward.
    11. If the daily Net Cumulative Deposit falls below S$3,000, Customers will not be eligible for any Fund Reward.
    12. POEMS Coins refer to campaign points you earn by completing eligible actions on the POEMS Mobile 3 App.
    13. The full list of eligible actions and the number of Coins awarded for each is published on the POEMS Mobile 3 App under ‘Me’ Tab > ‘Rewards’. 
    14. POEMS Coins have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  3. Activation and Crediting of Rewards
    1. Account Opening Rewards:
      1. 0% Sales Charge on Unit Trust will be granted upon Account opening.

      4. Free subscription for SGX Enhanced Market Depth Access would be granted automatically.
    2. Tier 1 or 2 Fund Reward:
      1. Customers are required to download and login to POEMS Mobile 3 App within 30 days of Account Opening, in order to receive the Tier 1 or 2 or 3 Fund Reward, once they have fulfilled the requirements.
      2. Trade/s on POEMS Mobile 3 App within 90 days of becoming eligible. Failure to do so, will result in forfeiture of the Reward/s.
      3. Customers will be notified via POEMS Mobile 3 App (please ensure that App push notifications are enabled on your mobile device) and by Email once they qualify for the reward.
      4. The Coupon will expire 90 days from the date of issuance.
      5. Once redeemed, the Coupon cannot be reissued.
      6. Eligibility Criteria of the Stock Coupon:
        1. BUY stocks only
        2. SG/US Market only
        3. Cash trades only
        4. Online trades only
        5. A minimum contract value of S$100/US$100
      7. This Coupon is valid for one-time use only and is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
      8. Once activated, the Coupon cannot be deactivated or reissued.
      9. This Coupon will be automatically applied to the first successful eligible trade executed, after activation and before its expiry.
      10. The rebate, up to the contract value, will be credited to the eligible Account within 5 working days following the successful eligible trade
      11. If the Coupon is not activated and/or a successful eligible trade is not executed within the validity period, the Coupon will be forfeited, and no rebate will be issued.
      12. If multiple Stock Coupons are active, the one with the nearest expiration date will be used up first by default. If the Coupons have the same expiry date, the Coupon that was activated first by the Customer will be used by default.
      13. If the Customer holds multiple trading Accounts, the Account performing the first successful eligible trade will receive the rebate, regardless which Account the Coupon was activated in. For example, a Customer has two Accounts, Account A and Account B. The Customer activates the Coupon in Account A, but later performs a successful eligible trade using Account B. In this case, Account B will be awarded the rebate.
      14. Activated refers to the successful redemption of a stock coupon by logging into the POEMS Mobile 3 app, going to Me > Rewards > My Rewards Inventory, and swiping to redeem the coupon. Once activated, the coupon can be used to offset the purchase amount of an eligible buy trade in Singapore or U.S. stocks.
      15. Deactivated means that the stock coupon has been disabled and is no longer valid for use.
      16. Rebates refer to the cash credits you earn after executing an eligible trade.
  4. This Promotion is not applicable to:
    1. Joint Account(s)
    2. PSPL institutional Customers and corporate Customers
    3. PSPL and its associated entities and subsidiaries (direct or indirect), e.g. Staff, Trading Representatives and Financial Adviser Representatives.
  5. By redeeming this item, you acknowledge that you have read and consented to these Terms and Conditions.

    • Customers will receive an email notification once the 0 Commission for US Equity CFDs has been activated for their Account. 
    • The 0 Commission for US Equity CFDs will be valid for 30 days from the date of activation. 
    • PSPL will not be liable to compensate for any commission charges incurred on US equity CFD trades prior to the activation of the 0 Commission Reward. 
    • Overnight financing charges and other prevailing charges are still applicable. 
  4. Fund and Trade Reward 
    • Eligible Account will need to make an initial deposit of S$3,000 or more within 14 days of Account opening (“Initial Capital”), hold the funds for at least 30 days, and execute at least 3 Eligible Trades within 60 days from Account opening (“Qualifying Trade Period”) to receive S$50 in Cash Credits. 
    • An “Eligible Trade” refers to any CFD trade that is not a liquidation trade. 
    • Only applicable to ONLINE trades executed through POEMS’ suite of platforms (Excluding POEMS CFD MT5) 
    • Initial Capital must remain in the CFD Account for at least 30 days. It can be used for trading but cannot be withdrawn or transferred. 
    • Amalgamated trades (BUY and Sell trades of the same counter for the same market done on the same trading day) are considered as one trade. 
    • Your Account must have more than S$0 by the end of the 60 days after Account opening. 
    • If you have more than one Account, only the Account with most Eligible Trades will be eligible for the Reward.   
    • The Cash Credit will be posted to your Account within 60 days after the end of the Qualifying Trade Period. The Fund & Trade Reward is limited to the first 1,000 Eligible Accounts who meet the funding and trading criteria.  
  5. The following Customers are NOT eligible to participate in this promotion unless approved by the management of PSPL:   
  6. Customers who have any existing CFD Accounts with PSPL.  
  7. Customers who have closed any CFD Accounts with PSPL before.
