Manulife SGD Income Fund – Notice to Unitholders

The fund manager would like to inform you that with effect from 8 January 2024, there will be the following changes to the Manulife SGD Income Fund:  
  1. Change in distribution frequency from quarterly to monthly; first monthly payout reflecting this change will be for the record date of 15 January 2024; and hence
  2. Re-designation of the distribution classes and decumulation classes of units of the Manulife SGD Income Fund from QDis to MDis.

abrdn Select Portfolio (the “Fund”) Proposal for Closure of abrdn Indonesia Equity Fund (the “Sub-Fund”) – EGM Circular

Shareholder Notice The fund manager wishes to invite you to consider the proposal to close the Sub-Fund, which, if approved, will take effect from the Effective Date, 26 January 2024. The proposed closure of the Sub-Fund would require the approval of Unitholders and the passing of the extraordinary resolution set out in the Notice of Meeting. Please refer to the attached EGM Circular for the detailed information and Proxy Form.
