Notification for Schroder ISF Global Multi-Asset Income

Shareholder notification The fund manager would like to inform you that, following a recent review, they have decided to change the distribution policy for some of the Share Classes of the Fund. The changes to the distribution policy for each of the affected Share Classes are listed in the appendix of the notification letter. The distribution frequency of the Share Classes will not change.   These changes will come into effect for the monthly distributions due to be paid on 10 March 2025 (the “Effective Date”) based on the number of shares held by shareholders on the record date 26 February 2025 and will apply to all distributions going forward.   As disclosed in the Company's prospectus, we periodically review the fixed distribution Share Classes and reserve the right to make changes. The Share Class fees will remain unchanged. For more details, please read the shareholder notification letter.

As result of low assets under management, the Sub-Fund will no longer be capable of properly pursuing its investment strategy and maintaining a diversified portfolio of investments. This liquidation of Sub-Fund will take effect from 7 Jan 2025 (the “Effective Date”). Please refer to the notice letter attached.
