Terms and Conditions for the Rewards

  1. Campaign Date:
    1. This campaign is valid from 20 June 2022 to 1 July 2022, both dates inclusive
  2. Qualifying Criteria:
    1. This campaign is only applicable to invited POEMS clients.
    2. Clients must participate in this campaign by downloading the POEMS Mobile 3 BETA app (IOS or Android) and submit the survey form by 1 July 2022. Note that clients are still able to hold and continue to use POEMS Mobile 2.0 App as per normal.
      1. For android users, please kindly uninstall the live version of POEMS Mobile 3 App first before downloading the POEMS Mobile 3 BETA App.
      2. For IOS users, you are not required to uninstall the live version of POEMS Mobile 3 App and you are able to install the POEMS Mobile 3 BETA App at the same time.
    3. Clients must use their POEMS account to conduct the testing on POEMS Mobile 3* BETA App. *Note that any orders placed using POEMS Mobile 3 BETA App are legitimate and valid.
  3. Survey Form (50 clients):
    1. The 50 clients will be chosen by PSPL based on the quality of the feedback received.
    2. Eligible clients will receive 500 POEMS Reward points each.
  4. Notifications:
    1. The eligible clients will be notified through electronic mail to their registered POEMS Email Address and/or push notification alert through POEMS mobiles trading application once the rewards have been credited.
  5. In the event of a dispute over the Customer”s eligibility to participate in this promotion, PSPL”s decision will be final.
  6. Notwithstanding anything herein contained, PSPL reserves the right at any time in its absolute discretion to (i) amend, add and / or delete these Terms and Conditions without prior notification (including eligibility; replacement of the reward; promotional mechanics, promotion duration without prior notification, qualifying terms and criteria), and all participants shall be bound by such amendments, additions and / or deletions when effected, or (ii) vary, withdraw, or cancel any items or the promotion without having to disclose a reason thereof and without any compensation or payment whatsoever. PSPL”s decision on all matters relating to the promotion shall be final and binding on all participants.
  7. The following persons are not eligible for this promotion, unless approved by the management of Phillip Securities Pte Ltd (“PSPL”):
    1. PSPL institutional Customers and corporate Customers
    2. PSPL Account holders whose Accounts have been suspended, cancelled or terminated.
    3. PSPL and its associated entities and subsidiaries (direct or indirect), e.g. Staff, Trading Representatives and Financial Adviser Representatives.
  8. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items. All images of the prize(s) and all collaterals are for illustration purposes only. Should the prizes be unavailable for any reason, PSPL, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the original prize with an alternative prize with a similar monetary value.
  9. If the Winner cannot be contacted or otherwise has his/her prize forfeited for any reason whatsoever, PSPL reserves the right to draw one (1) or more reserve winner to replace the Winner who has been disqualified. PSPL reserves the right to decide on one (1) or more reserve winner to replace the disqualified winner. PSPL has the absolute discretion to exclude any otherwise eligible persons from participating in the campaign.
  10. This advertisement has not been reviewed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
