  1. Referral Programme (“Programme”) is valid for existing POEMS Account holders (“Referrer”) who refer Customer(s) new to Phillip Securities Pte Ltd (“PSPL”) to open a Cash Plus Account (“Referee”), from 1 September 2025
  2. Within this context, “Referrers” refer to Customers with any of the following Accounts: Cash Plus, Cash Management, Margin, Prepaid, Custodian or Share Financing Accounts (“Qualified Accounts”).
  3. A referral will be considered successful only when the referee fulfils all of the following: 
    1. Opens a Cash Plus Account using a unique referral link generated by the referrer
    2. Opts into Excess Funds Management (SMART Park)
    3. Does not change the Account type during the promotion period
    4. Abides by the terms and conditions
  4. If the Referee uses referral link(s) to open multiple Accounts, only the first successfully opened and funded Account will be considered as successful referral.

      4. Eligibility Criteria:

      5. The S$10 US Stock Coupon is valid for one-time use only and is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

    2. S$50 Cash Credit:

  10. Rewards for Referee:
  11. The deposited funds must remain in the Account for a minimum of 30 days. They may be utilised for BUY trades but cannot be withdrawn or transferred out of the Account during this period.
    • Customers must ensure that their Net Cumulative fund amount does not fall under S$3,000/S$10,000/S$50,000 to be eligible for the Fund & Trade Rewards based on the tier respectively.
    • Net Cumulative fund refers to accumulated fund amount calculated from the day the Customers make and maintain their initial deposit for 30 days Capital gains and losses are excluded.
    • The calculation of Net Cumulative funds is done daily. All withdrawals made during the holding period will reduce the Customers’ daily Net Cumulative Deposit.
    • Once the daily Net Cumulative fund falls below S$3,000, the Customers will no longer be eligible to receive any Rewards.
  12. BUY or SELL Trades of the same counter listed on SGX, HKEX, and Bursa respectively, placed on the same trading day on POEMS Trading Platforms using the same payment mode (cash, SRS, or CPF) with the same Account, are considered as one trade. This is due to the fact that we only charge one commission for such trade orders. Please refer to https://www.poems.com.sg/faq/trading/general/what-is-amalgamate/ for more information and the available markets.
    BUY or SELL of the same Unit Trust, placed on the same trading day on POEMS Trading Platforms using the same payment mode (cash, SRS, or CPF) with the same Account, are considered as one trade. Same trading day refers to orders placed from T-1 after 3:01pm to T day at 3pm.
  13. Activation and crediting of the Referrer’s Rewards:
    • S$10 Stock Coupon:
