Yes, you can choose two different brands as long as the total value of eGift cards amount to S$30. For example, you can choose to redeem a S$10 eGift card for Shopee with 500 POEMS Reward points and S$20 eGift card for GrabGift with 1,000 POEMS Reward Points.

No. You are only eligible to choose one brand for each redemption within a month.

The redemption link will be sent to your email address (registered to your POEMS account) within the next 10 working days (from the date of redemption). If you have yet to receive the voucher after 10 working days, kindly check your junk or spam folder.

IMPORTANT: Please ensure that the email address registered to your POEMS Account is accurate as there will be no re-issuance of eGift card or refund of POEMS Reward points allowed in instances where an incorrect email address is used.

On POEMS 2.0 Web:

1. Login to POEMS 2.0 Web > Head to Markets Data Tab under Rewards
2. Navigate to the S$10/S$20 eGift cards under “Voucher” section.
3. Tick the checkbox to redeem S$10 and/or S$20 eGift card/s using your 500 and/or 1,000 POEMS Reward Points respectively.
4. Click the “Submit” button.

Upon Submission:

1. A redemption email will be sent to your email address (registered to your POEMS account) within 10 working days and click on the eGift card URL on the email.
2. Choose your desired brand of gift card.
3. Enter your mobile number to receive an OTP.
4. Enter the eGift card OTP
5. Once verified, you can click on View Code and use the code on the merchant’s platform – Online / App or in-store, whenever applicable.
6. Scroll and check “How to Redeem” and “Terms and Conditions” of the gift card.

There will be 3 months of validity from the date of the redemption email we send to you.

For example, you redeem the S$10 eGift card via the POEMS Rewards system with 500 POEMS Reward points on 10 March 2023. Within 10 working days (by 24 March 2023), you will receive an email to redeem the gift card of your choice (e.g. Shell eGift card); the S$10 Shell eGift card will expire on 23 June 2023.
