The Risk Disclosure Statement (RDS)* needs to be acknowledged. To acknowledge RDS, please refer to the following steps:
- Login to POEMS 2.0 and click on Acct Mgmt tab
- Click on RDS-Extended Hours under category
- Tick the check box and click Submit
Alternatively, you may also login to POEMS Mobile 2.0 to acknowledge RDS:
- Login to POEMS Mobile 2.0
- Open a trade ticket
- Click on Pre-market Session and RTH
- Click on RDS Form on the pop-up^
- Click on Acknowledge in the form
^The pop-up will only appear if you have not acknowledged the RDS form.
Note: For joint account, all account holders are required to login to their individual account to acknowledge the RDS – Extended Hours form. For further enquiries, please contact your Trading Representative.

Where can I find the US pre-market quotes on the POEMS suite of platforms?
Go to Prices (LP1) / Trade (LP2) tab and look for the “Pre Market” column in your watchlist.
POEMS Mobile 2.0
Go to Watchlist and look for the “Last/Ind.NAV”, “Change” and “Change%” columns. The pre-market quotes can be found on the second row of the columns.
Go to Top Movers and filter by your choice of US market. The pre-market quotes can be found on the second row of the “Last Done”, “Change” and “Change%” columns.
Click on PriceView and look for the “PRE MARKET” column in your watchlist.
Are the pre-market quotes real-time?
The US Pre-Market quotes are real-time if you have subscribed to US Live Price.
If you see an asterisk (‘*’) in front of the counter’s name, it indicates that the quotes you see are delayed.
To subscribe for US Live Price (Non-Pro), please refer to the following steps:
- Login to POEMS 2.0 and go to Market Data & Rewards tab
- Click on New Subscriptions tab
- Tick the US – AMEX, NASDAQ, NYSE Live Price (Non-Pro) checkbox
- Upon checking the box, an electronic agreement form will appear in a form of a pop-up screen. Fill in ALL questionnaires and click Submit after completing the agreement form.
- Click the Submit button below
How do I read the pre-market quotes?
The pre-market quote is the last sale of US securities during pre-market trading.
Taking Geron, for example, it had a pre-market gain of 15.60% as its pre-market quote increased to USD 1.63 from yesterday’s closing price of USD 1.41.
On the other hand, Orphazyme - ADR had a pre-market loss of 45.88% as its previous regular closing price fell from USD 14.56 to USD 7.88 during pre-market hours.

After picking your stock, open a trade ticket and click on the “Pre-market Session and RTH” button (Image C) and hit “BUY”.

After picking your stock, open a trade ticket and click on the “Pre-market Session and RTH” button (Image F) and hit “Buy”.
Orders placed successfully can be seen as per Image G.
After picking your stock, open a trade ticket and click on the “Pre-market and Regular Market” radio button (Image H) and hit “Submit”.
Orders placed successfully can be seen as per Image I.
