Triyards Holdings Limited – The Board of Directors of Triyards Holdings Limited wishes to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Saigon Offshore Fabrication and Engineering Limited (“SOFEL”), has received notices of termination of the two shipbuilding contracts dated 26 June 2015 and the addendum dated 10 May 2017 for the design and construction of two units of chemical tankers of an aggregate contract value of US$51 million (“Contracts”) from the purchaser (“Buyer”) of the chemical tankers.
Global Yellow Pages Limited – The Board of Directors of Global Yellow Pages Limited wishes to announce that FP Network Pte Ltd, an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, has entered into a conditional agreement for the subscription of ordinary shares representing in aggregate approximately 50.11% of FundPlaces Pte. Ltd. (“FundPlaces”) for an aggregate consideration of S$2,003,850.
Kingsmen Creative Limited – The Board of Directors of Kingsmen Creatives Ltd. wishes to announce that its indirectly wholly owned subsidiary, Kingsmen Beijing Co., Limited (“Kingsmen Beijing”) has increased its paid-up share capital from US$950,000 to US$1,100,000. The increase in paid-up share capital of US$150,000 was injected by Kingsmen (North Asia) Limited (“Kingsmen North Asia”), the sole shareholder of Kingsmen Beijing. Kingsmen North Asia is a directly wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
CapitaLand Limited – CapitaLand Limited (“CapitaLand”) wishes to announce that its subsidiaries and associates have entered into definitive agreements to divest: (a) their respective equity interests in six special purpose vehicles (the “SPVs”), which each hold a retail mall asset (each, a “Property” and collectively, the “Properties”) located in various cities in India, namely, Bangalore, Mangalore, Hyderabad, Mysore, Cochin and Udaipur (the “Divestment”), to Prestige Retail Ventures Limited; and (b) their 50% equity interest in CapitaLand Retail Prestige Mall Management Private Limited (“CRPMM”), which is the property manager of the Properties located in Bangalore, Mangalore and Hyderabad, to Prestige Estates Projects Limited.
Union Gas Holdings Limited – The board of directors of Union Gas Holdings Limited wishes to announce that the Company has on 29 December 2017 entered into a non-binding memorandum of understanding (the “MOU”) with Semgas Supply Pte. Ltd. (the “Vendor”) to acquire certain assets (the “Assets”) from the Vendor (the “Proposed Acquisition”). The Assets refer to the business of the retail distribution of bottled liquefied petroleum gas (“LPG”) cylinders and sale of LPG-related accessories to domestic households in Singapore.
GP Industries Limited – The Board of Directors of GP Industries Limited wishes to announce the proposed disposal of land and buildings located in Huizhou, the People’s Republic of China (“PRC”), by GP Batteries (China) Limited (金山电化工业（惠州）有限公司) (“GP Batteries China”) and Huizhou Modern Battery Limited (惠州时代电池有限公司) (“Huizhou Modern Battery”) (each, a “Seller”). Each of GP Batteries China and Huizhou Modern Battery is an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
Creative Technology Ltd – Creative Technology Ltd announced that its wholly owned subsidiary ZiiLabs Inc., Ltd (“ZiiLabs”) filed a Complaint with the United States International Trade Commission (“ITC Complaint”), seeking injunctions against Nvidia, Nintendo, Asus, Micro-Star International, Gigabyte, PNY Technologies, EVGA and Zotac. A parallel patent infringement lawsuit (“the Lawsuit”) has also been filed against Nvidia in the US, wherein ZiiLabs is seeking damages and injunctions.
